My husband and I were at the resort during the Christmas and New Year holidays. The location is good, the hotel is tidy, clean, has a lot to offer, great entertainment, very friendly staff. The only annoying thing is that every morning when reversing their vehicle made a loud noise and we couldn't sleep. Overall, we give it an excellent rating.

It was first time in Mexico and this hotel did not disappoint, great room location very spacious superior double with balcony, all the staff were unbelievably well mannered, very professional all smartly dressed in their individual uniforms and so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, the entertainment was good every day, something for everyone, I had the pleasure of using the spa facilities and it was the best I've ever had and will be hard to beat, the highlight of our stay was the culture of the Mayan dance and dinner although you have to pay extra, it was something special and throughly enjoyable and it would be hard to top over all fabulous holiday and hotel and would most certainly return ??

The room was away from the main building but closer to the pool. Any issues we had with the room were dealt with the same day. We enjoyed the Japanese restaurant & the Blue Moon ( delicious crème brûlée). The Spanish lesson with Marian was very helpful & informative ??. It was great that they separated the activities-. The smaller pool was the noisy one & the large pool was quieter. The staff were very friendly. I appreciated that there was fast Wifi everywhere in the resort! Many palapas & umbrellas around the pool & on the beach to shade from the sun. We would definitely book here again!

Edith at the sports bar and buffet is absolutely amazing!!!! So sweet and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
