I’m having trouble connecting to WestJet Wi-Fi. What can I do?

How do I prepare my device or account to access WestJet Wi-Fi?
You must be a WestJet Rewards member to access WestJet Wi-Fi. Not a member? Create an account for free here.
If you are using a mobile device or tablet, you may have to put your device in Airplane Mode before accessing WestJet Wi-Fi.
Otherwise, you should be able to simply connect to WestJet Wi-Fi from the list of available networks and follow the prompts to begin enjoying WestJet Wi-Fi.
What devices support WestJet Wi-Fi?
WestJet Wi-Fi is optimized for the majority of mobile and electronic devices. This includes all major operating systems including Windows, mac-OS, iOS, and Android, as well as major web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.
I got an error saying WestJet Wi-Fi is not compatible with iCloud private relay. What do I do?
To access WestJet Wi-Fi, please go to the iCloud Settings on your device and turn off Private Relay.
