This hotel requires renovation. The price is far too high for the quality provided. The room had a strong and disgusting smell of mold. During breakfast, I experienced an unpleasant and discriminatory situation. I ordered a smoothie; however, the staff member preparing the smoothies gave my order to other guests, even though they had not ordered it. As a result, I had to wait again for my smoothie to be prepared. On January 10, 2026, during breakfast, I asked a staff member to pour me some juice and asked whether it was freshly squeezed or from a package. He responded very rudely, shouting that I had to wait and that everything served at breakfast was fresh. The breakfast staff either do not understand English or do not want to understand it, and they are very rude. In addition, before booking this hotel, I was not allowed to enter the property when I tried to see it. If I had been allowed inside, I would not have booked the hotel, as I would have immediately seen that the hotel is old and does not meet the expected standard. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. For such a high price, guests should expect fair service and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet these expectations.

Room was decent, ocean view close to pool and beach. Great views. Easy to get to the property from the airport, it should be about a $40 taxi ride. Room as clean, a little "tired" but everything worked and it was clean. Only one issue, hot water, was not always consistently hot. Could be a more global thing with the infrastructure of Cancun. Pool was overall great, swim up views of beach and swim up bar. Staff was great and very attentive. Gym was awesome and very productive and big. We would go back and stay again.

Average hotel…nothing special…good food not so great services…room was good sized, clean bathroom. Worth mentioning: great cocktails

Abi was great and really personable! He was very funny and kind to me and my mother. We had such a great time and would definitely come back!
