My husband and I decided to stay at this hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had planned on staying overnight as we had tickets to go to an event, unfortunately, that event was canceled. We decided we would stay anyway. Melissa, the manager at the desk, was promoting a Date night Dinner promotion, 3-course meal, complementary bottle of wine for $150. It was explained if we bought any extra alcohol, there would be an extra charge. We ordered exactly what was on the menu. It was not explained that there were exceptions, up charges, or anything else, we walked out paying another $178 for this meal for 2, for a total of $355. This is absolutely unacceptable, we brought it to the attention of not one, but 2 managers and we were told sorry for the inconvenience. That's it. We will never ever step a foot back in this hotel again.

My wife and I stayed here for a pre-Christmas getaway and the newly renovated rooms/floors look amazing - big improvement. You also can’t beat the location due to its proximately to the OLG stage and Fallsview casino, which you can access without ever going outside. However, the onsite restaurants (Brasa & Watermark) were pretty disappointing (both food and service) and certainly didn’t measure up to our expectations for this lovely facility. Fortunately, there’s lots of alternative dining venues within walking distance of the hotel that offer better value for money but it’s a real shame that Hilton completely overlooked the quality of their food services when they renovated this hotel. Bottom line, great place to stay for a night or two but a terrible place to eat.

Today is my birthday. The receptionist is very nice and gives me the free upgrade to room with Fallsview and jacuzzi bathroom. By the way, the receptionist is very kind and helpful to my questions. I highly recommend this Hotel to all couples for a wonderful vacation.

We stayed 2 nights in December for a family girls trip. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. However we booked a Canadian Fallsview room and basically had a view of the American falls and a Casino. The room was very nice, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Check in was easy and well organized. We had no issues at all with the Elevators. The staff were helpful and very nice. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to the Falls!!

I stayed at the Hilton Niagara Falls on October 20 for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located right in the center of the area, making access to the Falls very convenient. One thing I really appreciated is that the hotel is directly connected to the casino, which is a huge advantage for anyone who enjoys casino entertainment. The room was clean and well-maintained, and as a Diamond member, I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade. During my previous visit, I didn’t get a chance to use the infinity pool, but this time I finally did—and swimming with the Falls as the backdrop was an unforgettable experience. It really added something special to the stay. Overall, the combination of location, cleanliness, amenities, and the beautiful pool view made this stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely return again.
