Worst hilton experience ever. 40min check in queue No recognition for hilton gold member or staying in a suite for $1600 dollars for 2 nights. Rude and immature check in assistance by Annie Room not yet serviced at 4.30pm GM Judy failed to get in contact despite several requests More than disappointed Room 2057

Very clean, modern rooms. Various pillow types in bed, comfy bed, comfortable temperature. The best part was the shower - such good pressure, hot, felt amazing! The parking situation isn't great. To park at hotel it costs $85 for valet and I believe $60 for self park. There was no parkinf when we arrived so we had to go to thwir overflow lot a few blocks away and take a shuttle back. The front desk took a while despite having all their wickets staffed. Not sure why it took so long.

Although our view was lovely I cannot possibly give this hotel more than a terrible review given we were literally stranded on the 26th floor FOREVER as the elevators either don't work or are so full that even an infant couldn't fit! Given what we paid to stay here I would also expect on site parking- instead we were redirected to off site parking and although there were shuttles, they took so long that my family had to walk back to the hotel with our luggage. Niagara Falls thrives on the money tourists spend here, but if we can't even get out off our floor how are we supposed to spend any money??!! I realize this hotel is huge but you cannot strand your customers on floors where they can't possibly use the stairs. Literally NEVER again.....

View of the falls is spectacular from the 42nd floor. The room is definately not a 5 star room and is very over priced. I would recomend breakfast on the south tower where the view is the highlight. Watching the fireworks from high up was also a plus.

This hotel has everything you need and is close to the falls- but it is expensive. The restaurant overlooks the falls but you will see enough of that during the time you are here, and the breakfast is overpriced so I would grab breakfast from Starbucks in the lobby and have it in your room. Our family room was excellent- really big and you could at least see the fireworks from there.
