Needs love.

I visited this hotel for a business trip. Overall, the lobby is nice, staff attentive, clean. I stayed in the med wing on the 15th floor. My room was basic, dated, I was in a double room, no view what's so ever. Very small barhroom, you cannot fit 2 ppl at once. Bed, hard and the choice of pillows, poor. For the price, there are better places.
Used to love this spot but just not a fan anymore

Stayed here during ice wine festival and have stayed here before and enjoyed it, but this time unfortunately wasn't the same. Check in process is also not great because its just so busy, even if you come 45 mins-1 hour past the check out time, the line is still 30-40 mins in line. They want you in/out, they don't try to get personal or even explain what amenities the hotel has, its just sent to you by text, which is fine, but its not a bad thing to get a personal experience from an actual human. If you booked through a third party, you aren't able to check in through your phone which would have been nice to know. The standard king room here is awful, tiny, no view at all, and even no toiletries or basic items in the room. Not even cups in the bathroom, or an extra mirror, absolutely nothing in the bathroom, beyond lotion/shampoo/conditioner that is mounted to the wall. The room itself is so small, its truly unbelievable. Parking is $50 for self parking, and $75 for valet I believe, absolutely insane but these days standard for the average Niagara Falls property. The casino does offer parking for $50 which is a covered garage and connected through the 5th floor, however there are no in and out privileges. The location of the property is great because it is connected to the casino, and the restaurant onsite Corso, is lovely. I used to love coming here and felt the staff were more personable, but this is just not the case anymore. If you visit, make sure you book a fallsview room, the standard room is just awful.
Hilton hit it out of the park

Besides going to see Niagara Falls, you don’t have to even leave the Hilton because there is so much on the grounds here to do from Water sliding to enjoying your beautiful colour coordinated room that is super modern and up to taste and a great value, there’s lots of shopping, and most of all my favourite part was the restaurants there’s many to choose from there all of them mind blowing the late night bar. I forget what it’s called, but it had dark beams inside of it and it was candle lit. That was really fun and it was a great night out.
Great location to view Niagara Falls

We spent 31st night at this place, it’s really great location for viewing the Niagara Falls. You can get a room with falls view, the American falls is right in front of the bedroom window ( high ceiling windows). You will see half of the Horseshoe falls. We were able to see the lights on the falls as well as the fireworks from the room itself.
Great service and location

Checked in on NYE and the customer service and location were great! Karen (concierge) was awesome! She recommended great places to visit, eat and connected us with Terry at Scenic Tours. I can’t say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Terry and Karen were. If you’re looking for a hotel with phenomenal views and in close proximity of shops and food- this is the place for you.
