I was very happy with my stay at the Hilton. When we arrived we asked to upgrade our room and they were very accommodating! It was not much more money and the room was great as a wall separated the two queen sized beds. The room had an awesome view of the falls! I also appreciated Tamar the casino was attached to the hotel via a walkway. It was a bit rainy when we were there so at night we didn’t have to go outside to get to the casino! Casino was great too. Happy hour drinks very reasonable too and casino slots paid out!

Excellent hotel . There are a couple of towers there we were in the high one . Stayed in a premium room on the 48th floor . Fantastic view of both American and Canadian falls. Hotel is connected to the casino by indoor walkways. Also a few other restaurants both high end and average. Did the valet parking and checked in on line so your room key went to your phone. Valet brought the luggage to the room later. No complaints about the hotel at all.

The south tower is old and run down. Heat in winter is noisy and inconsistent. The units are hot in the summer. The chillers make so much noise that all floors above them vibrate to the point of being hard to sleep. Stay away from floor 21. The floor vibrates so much that even the maids and maintenance workers chuckle about it.

Great hotel! Stayed in whirlpool king room with view of US and Canada side of the falls. Most comfortable bed and pillows whirlpool tub had doors that opened up to the whole room. Access to falls view casino

Stayed with our neighbors who are Hilton Diamond members, we had two rooms and the request was to stay on the same floor. We weren’t on the same room or the same tower. We were room 2212 in the south tower, our neighbors ended up in the north tower and their room wasn’t available until 7pm. Disrupted our dinner plans. Not a good experience at all
