We loved the room and all the amenities. The room view was beautiful! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Not sure where to begin!! No microwaves, bottles of water in room but 6$ each, no wifi and that’s only the beginning. We had a 2 bedroom suite the one room gorgeous with view of falls as we asked for and got deluxe other room no AC in it no door and had to share washroom which has an opening to other room with no locked shutter. We asked for a fridge it did not worked and ruined all the baby formula when they brought new one they expected to leave other in the room sitting there with a toddler we had to ask them 4 times to remove it. We called and went to front desk several times for coffee cups towels and toilet paper at one point having to use the public washrooms in hotel. Front desk totally ignored us standing in line had to get help from woman who was selling discount excursions she was wonderful! Front desk manager assured some kind of credit would come back to us and nothing charged the full 400 per night plus 45 a night parking awful!! Also the children’s pool splash pad area only open weekends which was never outlined so we had to pay an additional 275 to visit great wolf lodge for their splash pad. DO NOT DO IT PICK ANOTHER SPOT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

Our Big Beautiful Stay

The Hilton Fallsview is a classy, full service hotel. With multiple restaurants, wine tasting, and a casino, there is a whole to love and something for everyone. Our room - 4258 in the North Tower - offered a beautiful view of the falls, a huge bathroom with both a jacuzzi tub and shower, plus a comfortable king sized bed. As noted by others, parking is expensive. We ended up in an outdoor lot nearby. Shuttle service was provided back and forth. The cost was $62.15 CAD on a weekend. As a Diamond member the Mr. had his choice of either $15 off an ala cart breakfast or a free continental breakfast for each of us. The first morning, we chose French toast (meh) off the menu, and the second we opted for the continental breakfast. It was a whole lot of carbs plus a little fruit. We should have shared. Service was nice and the view from the 33rd floor of the South Tower was soothing. You couldn’t beat the convenience so it was probably worth a less than stellar breakfast. However, if interested, there is a full service Starbucks in the lobby as an alternative. All in all the Mr and I both throughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
A room with a view

I was very happy with my stay at the Hilton. When we arrived we asked to upgrade our room and they were very accommodating! It was not much more money and the room was great as a wall separated the two queen sized beds. The room had an awesome view of the falls! I also appreciated Tamar the casino was attached to the hotel via a walkway. It was a bit rainy when we were there so at night we didn’t have to go outside to get to the casino! Casino was great too. Happy hour drinks very reasonable too and casino slots paid out!
