A great stay!

We had a very nice one night stay at the Hilton! Our room was ready early when we arrived and we were able to check in. It wasan easy process to do so. Very little waiting. We were on a motorcycle and they were very gracious to help us find a nice place to park it. The location was fabulous and close to everything we wanted to see! Would highly recommend.

Waking up to the mist!

Nice hotel with great views of Niagara Falls. Room was comfortable with great air conditioning to cool down after walking around all day. Hotel has 2 swimming pools which are both nice and offer falls views Their restaurant Watermark is on the 33rd with beautiful views of the falls. Breakfast while good is definitely overpriced (however what isn’t nowadays). Brasa, their Brazilian Steakhouse, is a great choice for dinner with delicious steaks and a huge salad bar. Tons of nearby options if you also want to dine out. Their offsite parking is convenient with shuttles running every few minutes making that easy. Good location for exploring all Niagara has to offer. Definitely recommended!

Bring a camera and a dust cloth

Nice hotel but in a dying and somewhat dangerous area if you leave the directly adjacent property of this hotel. Housekeeping was non-existent during our entire stay. You can see the photo. The condition of the room was marginal. The door to the piece of furniture holding the refrigerator was literally falling off (see photo) and we had to keep propping it up. I don't understand how they can rent a room to somebody for top dollar knowing that the condition of the room is a dump. The door was broken and the room was dirty before we even checked in. Don't they inspect these places. That department needs some serious work. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful both times I needed assistance. After discussing my issues with Hilton, they were both professional and accommodating. The falls in the views were amazing well worth a stay.
