10/10 looking to book again

rebeccaconnor885 (Belfast, United Kingdom) on Aug 06, 2026

Such a brilliant hotel, super convenient and close to everything you could possibly need. The rooms were gigantic with the most comfortable big double beds, the twin room we were in had two big beds and my word they were amazing! With a beautiful MASSIVE bathroom, which included a soaking bathtub and a separate shower! The hotel had two internal bridge walkways meaning you didn’t have to brave the cold to get a Starbucks/ihop (and other restaurants). There was a little shop down in the main area which had everything you could possibly need as well as a Starbucks down here! The conference area was massive so I can imagine if you needed to hold something of any size you were spoilt for choice on meeting rooms and areas to hold it. Rooms were immaculate as well as all the public areas even during the busy check in and out periods. Check in slow but efficient with every check in desk open and a fast lane for HH members to use. They even had entertainment on to keep the kiddies occupied while waiting. Drop off/pick up area was SOOO handy when we were leaving. Views were also top notch

Changed plans required cancelation - assistance was superb for process

The Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview was highly recommended by a friend who had recently stayed there with three children. We were excited to go to Niagara Falls and were thrilled to find that the Hilton could also accommodate our slightly older family of 5. Unfortunately, plans changed suddenly, and we had to cancel this trip. Charlotte was extraordinarily helpful and made the process much easier for us.

Amazing views & great restaurant, but long check-in, bad room smell, and outdated rooms.

Regina E (Germany) on Aug 03, 2026

We stayed on the 31st floor, and the view of Niagara Falls was absolutely spectacular. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. We also highly recommend the Wildflower restaurant - cool drinks and live music created a wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience started with a very long wait at check-in. Even more disappointing was the condition of our room. As soon as we walked in, there was a very unpleasant smell, as if the previous guest had left behind a pair of extremely smelly shoes. Housekeeping kindly offered to deodorize the room, but by the time they were able to do so, our child was already asleep, so we had to decline. The room itself, especially the carpet, is showing its age and could definitely use some updating. Overall, the hotel has an unbeatable location, breathtaking views, and a fantastic restaurant. However, the long check-in time and the condition of the rooms leave plenty of room for improvement.

Great Falls View, but Service Could Be Improved

Lila_SoloDrives (Toronto, Canada) on Aug 02, 2026

The location is great, but the overall experience was disappointing. Check-in took much longer than expected, and the room did not feel like what you would expect from a hotel at this price point. Some amenities were missing or not properly stocked, and the service felt inconsistent. The Falls view was nice, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the lack of attention to detail.

Disappointed Breakfast Experience at Top Floorrestaurant

Benny T (Toronto, Canada) on Jul 31, 2026

Hilton is a well-established brand, so we expected a much better dining experience, especially from a restaurant located on the top floor of Hilton Niagara Falls. Unfortunately, our breakfast experience was very disappointing. There were two of us, and after being shown to our table, we waited for almost five minutes without anyone coming over to greet us or take our order. When we finally ordered coffee, it arrived without a teaspoon. We had to ask for one, and there was no milk provided with the coffee either. These may seem like small details, but they reflect the overall lack of attention to service that we experienced throughout breakfast. The food itself was equally disappointing. The quality and presentation felt very basic — honestly, not much different from what I would expect from a simple Costco breakfast rather than a restaurant at a Hilton hotel. Hilton is a brand I generally regard positively, which made this experience even more disappointing. With such a great location and setting, the restaurant has the potential to offer a much better breakfast experience. Unfortunately, based on our visit, both the service and food fell well below the standard I would expect from Hilton.
