Good bang for the buck

We had a great time the price was fair and we enjoyed the hotel..we could walk to Whalers village and they had a trolley ..we even saw some whales from the room
Amazing beach and property

Amazing property with gorgeous views and beautiful beach. We saw turtles, whales, sting rays and dolphins on the beach. Staff is extremely nice and friendly.
Scenic.....but it's non enought

Beautiful location directly on one of the most beautiful beach on the island.....but it's not enought..... I had problem for opening and locking my room and resorts facilities, for all the time of my stay, never solved....even if the staff didn't charge me of the parking fees following to this issue. Room not perfectly clean also after the schedule housekeeping (every 2 days...). When I asked for changing the beach towel....there weren't

Location is great. The atmosphere is good. Spacious location. Very clean. on-site restaurant, breakfast, fitness center, paid parking
A wonderful Hawaiian hotel

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay! The staff members are very kind! I could even feel personal relationship with some of them. I heard that the hotel had to let go staff due to the Lahaina fire and aftermath. I stayed during peak season. Yes, there were some slow services sometimes due to the shortage of staff. However I didn’t feel frustrated, because the ppl there are genuinely warm and doing their best. I greatly appreciate the efforts and wish that I could meet the ppl again soon!
