27th Birthday Trip with Friends and Family

Overall a fantastic hotel. The property is expansive with something for everyone in the family. Food was great, drinks were on point and the staff was the most accommodating and most friendly all around. Would definitely visit again!

During our stay I really appreciated the live musicians during the evening in the lobby. I also really enjoyed the music during the breakfast at the Gran Azur. We had a great time and I can’t wait to come back. There were a few issues we had regarding trying to make reservations at the different dinner venues. We spoke with the concierge a few times and we were told there was an issue with the computer system used to make reservations. They explained that we would need to make reservations on Monday for later in the week. We did this, and we were able to enjoy several fine dining experiences. The staff did a great job resolving our issues.

I was attending a Pickleball Getaway and loved the whole experience here. The rooms were very nice and clean, the staff extremely friendly and the property is lovely. I had one of the most amazing massages with Nancy. The spa facility was wonderful.
DO NOT COME HERE

This hotel delivered one of the worst experiences we have ever had and showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and concern for guest safety. We were a group of 15 and were charged $750 to be seated together for “semi-private” dinners. Despite paying this outrageous fee, the hotel never once honored it. Every dinner, we were split into two tables in the main dining room. We paid for something we did not receive—plain and simple. One night, staff again forced us to separate the group, seating the children (ages 4–8) at a table that was missing a leg and improperly installed. This was a dangerous setup that should never have been used. The table tipped over and broke because it was unstable—not because of children. Instead of taking responsibility for their clear maintenance failure, the hotel waited until our last day, while we were enjoying the pool, to inform us that they would be charging us $1,000 for the broken table. Attempting to blame guests for unsafe furniture is outrageous and completely unacceptable. To make matters even worse, we were told there was video footage proving the hotel’s version of events. However, when we asked to see it at checkout, the staff refused to show us the video. If the footage truly supported their claim, there would be no reason to hide it. This hotel showed zero integrity, put children in unsafe conditions, overcharged us, failed to deliver paid services, and then tried to strong-arm us with an unjustified fee at the end of our stay. This behavior feels deceptive and predatory. Do not stay here if you are traveling with children or a large group. We will never return and strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

This was our 3rd time coming to this resort and we did notice the changes from the renovation. Hotel is still grand and some good updates made. Good variety of activities and a lovely beach. I would say the only downsides are getting into the accomodation, sometimes the doors won't work with the wristbands. In addition to this, the quality of food could be cooked better.
