If you lose something during your journey with WestJet, we will do our best to help you find it. We keep any items found on our aircraft for 14 days after the date of your flight.
To locate an item left on board, please tell us about your lost item.
WestJet is not permitted to retain passports. Any passports found will be turned over to the appropriate authority as outlined in the Government of Canada website.
