At WestJet, we are committed to respecting and safeguarding your personal information. Our Privacy Statement outlines:

You can manage your account information, communication preferences or update your travel documentation by logging into your WestJet Rewards account either online or through our app. 

1. Sign into your account
2. Select Account Settings 
3. From the menu on the left-hand side, choose the items you wish to update 

For situations not listed above, you can submit a request with our Rewards support team. Examples include:

• name corrections
• consolidating multiple accounts or 
• deactivating an account

You can opt in or out of our promotional communications using any of the following methods.

• If you have a WestJet Rewards account, please sign into your account and use the Account settings section to update your communication preferences. 
• You can select Unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our promotional emails.
• You can be added to our Do Not Contact list (e.g. removed from Research & Insights surveys, promotions, press releases, etc.) by submitting your request here.  
   

Don’t worry. You will still receive important flight information relating to your reservations (like check-in reminders, delay details or gate changes), updates to our programs and policies and any other important information. 

You have several options on how to manage your personal information:

• To delete your WestJet Rewards account only, please submit a Rewards Account Deletion request. 
• For a copy of your personal data, please request a Guest information report.
• To request that we delete your personal data, please submit a Request to be Forgotten.

WestJet takes the protection of your information seriously. Due to the potential impact of these requests, WestJet may be required to verbally authenticate these requests. Please anticipate a phone call. 

At WestJet, we are committed to safeguarding our guests’ privacy and maintaining your personal information in the strictest of confidence. 

If you have encountered any of the following scenarios and are concerned that someone else may have accessed your personal information in error, please call our Contact Centre directly at 1-888-937-8538 so that we may investigate as early as possible:

• Unknown charge on your payment card
• Unauthorized access to your account or reservation
• You received someone else’s information in error
