We are pleased to share that the agreement reached on June 30, 2024, between WestJet and the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association (AMFA), the union representing our Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and other Technical Operations employees has been ratified.
Across WestJet, we remain dedicated to returning our operations to normal, as we maintain our focus on safely and affordably connecting our guests to the people and places that matter most to them.
If you were impacted by a flight cancellation where we were not able to reaccommodate you within 48 hours, and you still need support with your reservation, please contact us. If you would like to request a refund please access our online self-serve tool or contact us. For bookings made with a travel agent, online booking agency or corporate travel arranger, please contact them directly.
