Change/cancel policy: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

WestJet Vacations refunds that were returned as WestJet dollars due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis can be redeemed for a future vacation package, including the taxes and fees, and will be valid for 12 months. Sign in to your WestJet Rewards account to check your credit expiry date.

To redeem your WestJet dollars on a new vacation package, sign in to your account when you book online.

  • WestJet dollars redeemed online can only be applied to the base package price
  • If you have sufficient WestJet dollars from a WestJet Vacations COVID credit to also pay for taxes and fees, you’ll need to make your booking by requesting a call back from WestJet Vacations
