Pool was clean and great. I rented 2 rooms and I asked if the rooms can be close together Upstairs and downstairs, they accommodated me with what I requested, that was a plus for me.

Had a wonderful stay in H11 it surpassed our expectations and made our first trip to Kauai as a family of 4 a memorable one. After seeing mixed reviews I was a little weary but it was beyond fine. I wanted a place that was like an apartment so I didnt feel trapped in a small hotel or resort room and it was just that, very roomy with a balcony and AC. I'm glad I didn't let the reviews sway me! Some people just like to complain and are touchy about everything. The room was well maintained and clean, I dont see anything that mixed reviews are talking about and you couldn't beat the price. There's a paid laundry facility on site with the wash app I already have which made it very convenient and the wash price was very low. The location is the best part of it all. It's a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach from our unit, there's a longs drugs a 5 minute walk away and a 5 minute walk the opposite side to the coconut marketplace. We did a daily trip to ABC market for delicious coffee and musibi. The central location makes it to easy to visit all the awesome surrounding beaches and very close to the airport. I will definitely be staying here again when we return. The plantation hale office is in the coconut market place and made it easy for us to exchange all our towels for fresh clean ones. Staff was great and very attentive they even provided us with beach chairs that we put to use. Highly recommend, especially for families.

Nice location. Enjoyable swimming pool. Kapaa is fantastic place to hook some quality fish just across from Plantation hale suits.

This condo is in dire need of updates. The kitchen is bare-bones, the bathroom fan is extremely loud, and dirty clothes are left in the closet. That being said the location was great for exploring both ends of the island.
