- Submit a Parental leave request form once you return from leave.
- Depending on when your leave ends, your tier status will be reinstated or extended for the remainder of the year, plus the next qualifying year.

Milestone awards

When you reach certain thresholds of milestone qualifying spend, you’ll be able to choose from a list of awards. Top up your balance with bonus WestJet points, select a travel voucher for savings or enhanced benefits, or opt for unique gifts and experiences.
You’ll start unlocking award options at just $2,000 in milestone qualifying spend, allowing you to enjoy extra perks early in your travel spend journey.
From there, milestones are awarded at $8,000, $12,000, $16,000 and $20,000. And after that, you’ll earn awards for every additional $10,000 spent, all the way up to $50,000.
