We stayed here for a convention for 6 days. We were very pleased with everything from the accommodations to the conference facilities, to the housekeeping, the bellmen, and even maintenance!! Everything was immaculate and the staff, for the most part was very friendly! I especially loved the great service through messaging in the app! A couple of opportunities for improvement: we could not get our digital key to work at all. I shared it successfully with other guests in the room and it didn’t work for them. Reception reset it 3 times with no luck. I’m not sure what the problem could have been, but I really wish it would have worked for convenience sake! We also did not have a great domineering experience in Little Fib. They seemed understaffed as it took asking 3 separate people to figure out who our server was and some of the food came out seemingly not quite cooked as it was still cool inside (cheese curds in the nachos). Some in our party commented that the soup was delicious! The burgers seemed to be overcooked a bit as they were dry. Other than those opportunities, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely return as the location is very convenient to Broadway and the Assembly Food Hall!

Sleeping rooms are in need of a deep cleaning. Very crowded during conferences, with long waits for elevator and a lot of congestion. Conference space is OK but very dark.

Great hotel and location. Breakfast buffet is awesome and Chef Danny Thomas is excellent. Great omelette and grits plus a joy to hang and talk to while he cooks your food.

Hands down this has the best concierge lounge (in a non Ritz-Carlton) that I've been in. The lounge makes the hotel for sure. Lots of space, they've spent a good deal on the decor, great full breakfast, all day snacks and great food at night. Weekday offerings for dinner are a lot better than the weekend ones but they're still pretty good. Fast elevators, good customer service, a nice bar up on the third floor. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is off Broadway so you are a few minutes to the action but don't hear any of the noise.

Beautiful hotel with great location with walking distance to shops, food, and entertainment. The breakfast buffet was great. Chef Danny makes a great omelet!
