    I enjoyed my recent stay in Nashville tremendously starting with checking into the Renaissance.It was really nice to have peace of mind during my stay. Aletha and the rest of the staff took very good care of us throughout our visit. Thanks for the amazing customer service!!!!

    We had a very good 2 week stay here in August 2020. Music City is empty and much of the businesses are closed so we could not get a true feel of what Nashville would be like in normal times. We were upgraded to a suite and the floor seemed to be empty except for us. The hotel seems like it would be awesome when full, open, and vibrant. Im giving a 5 star review because the staff was rock solid and did a fantastic job. The manager Austin and a guy at desk most evenings (maybe Clay) were solid and professional. I’m a Marriott Ambassador elite member and the hotel made sure to look out for my family and I.

    The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The hotel has a great location, across the street from the Ryman and a block away from Broadway and printers alley.

    I enjoyed my stay st this hotel. Front desk was friendly and expeditious. Got us checked in way before 4pm with no issues. Hand sanitizer was in abundance every where and the location was on point. Beds slept very well. I dont really have anything bad to say.

    To start our stay the front desk was very nice and friendly couldn’t ask for a better welcome she gave us. The hotel was very clean and very impressive. But the room is where everything fell apart. The room takes forever to cool off after 4 hours still haven’t got below 73 degrees. The pillows on the bed when you lay on them goes flat even with 2 pillows on top of each other. Then after spending hours walking around which the hotel is great place to walk from. The shower had no pressure the water just barely trickled out. The toilet had more pressure than the shower. With the high price you pay to stay at the hotel you would expect better than what this hotel has to offer. Very disappointed as we stay with Marriott on all our vacations.
