Chef Danny was awesome greeting us in the Lobby. He knew we were celebrating my daughter’s Bachelorette and let us know they would do something special! Such a personal touch!! And then greeted us again in the bar area to make sure she was enjoying herself and taken care of!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!! ??

Chef Danny went above and beyond to make my best friend’s bachelorette trip. The cake was absolutely FANTASTIC and that Carmel sauce is to die for! He is absolutely the kindest man and made the entire trip worth it. We always stay Marriott and it’s people like him who keep us coming back! Thanks chef Danny for the awesome food and laughs.

Enrique provided excellent service and so knowledgeable about Nashville. He asked questions about what our needs were and provided recommendations that fit our party of 15. He took the time to ask detailed questions!

Hervie, at the front desk, is the man. He was professional, courteous, and went out of his way to help. I came in late and I was very hungry. He didn’t just greet me but asked how he could help . He didn’t stop at telling me what was open, but found menus and provided guidance. Well done and thank you!
Football Weekend Nightmare

We are Platinum Elite members of Marriott and were looking forward to a nice stay taking advantage of the Club, as we were driving from Texas to Philadelphia. Well. It was a football weekend and the hotel was packed! The elevators were slow and loaded--at times there was a 15 minute wait as more and more people piled up. AND they all were also taking advantage of the Club. Saturday afternoon snacks were depleted and management seemed not to care. Sunday breakfast was better, but there was a line. In short, they need to do better with crowd management. And maybe figure out a place for loyal customers on crowded weekends. .
