I visited Renaissance hotel and the stay was wonderful Ladarian Baldwin provided great customer service it and I enjoyed

I rate my experience 4 out of 5 I love the room and my view from the hotel, it was commute to every thing downtown it was a comfortable room it came with a early breakfast to start the day I enjoyed broadway I would definitely recommend again downtown Nashville is enjoyable I definitely would stay again

Awesome experience

Ladarian took care of my crew while we were in Nashville for the week! He was able to find cheaper ride service to outskirts of downtown. Excellent service and hotel stay. Perfect location if you’re looking to be near broadway. We were able to walk to most of the attractions.

Nice hotel but loyalty isn't valued and it is very impersonal

Overall: This is a lovely property overall but there is no personalization so I wouldn't select it to make a memorable or special event. I tend to be impressed on the service for loyalty at properties as whole as a Titanium Elite member but travelling here for my 50th Birthday I learned that even with some status and telling them ahead you will get nothing so if that is what you want I would look elsewhere. I wasn't looking for a cake or gift basket though I have had some properties got that on a normal visit but at least my preferred room. Positive: *Rooms and property was very nice and modern *The Club Lounge was fantastic with great service - one of the best I have seen. Negative: *Despite being Titanium Elite and telling them it was my 50th Birthday weeks ahead I did not get close to a preferred room in fact got one directly over the bar which when I was in the Bar i could see inside of. *Cleaning didn't come until close to 4pm first day when we were getting ready for dinner. I saw them in the hallway and asked nicely if they could do it then and they said no. Not hotel but Bonvoy program issue for all members to be aware: I booked and paid for 2 rooms one for us to hang out in and one for sleeping for a girls trip - I only got Bonvoy points for 1 ($ and nights) despite +5K total spent. Overall, I would not stay here again. I have done other properties in Nashville and had a far better experience even without a special occasion. I did share this feedback and got a note saying they would take it and share for others. That doesn't fix the lack of care to my birthday so makes me hesitant it wasn't just a standard response and any process change is in place.

Staff was OUTSTANDING - Southern Hospitality Personified

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels--from youth hostels to five-star resorts--and the staff at Renaissance Nashville ranks squarely in the top one-percent in terms of friendliness, helpfulness, and overall hospitality. When I arrived for a business conference last week, I unpacked my bag to find that a seam had ripped in my favorite pantsuit. I called the front desk to request a sewing kit, and soon after, an employee named Vivienne arrived at my door. She handed me two sewing kits and asked if I needed help sewing. I chuckled and said, "well, I'm not seamstress," to which Ms. Vivienne replied, "well, I am. I would love to help you. I'm not busy right now." Ms. Vivienne proceeded to hand-sew the seam in my pants beautifully, narrating the process along the way so I could learn along with her. My gratitude for her kindness and above-and-beyond service is beyond words. During my stay, I also hosted a client dinner with my colleagues at Little Fib off the lobby. First of all, the restaurant was beautiful, and the food was delicious. Server Jackson took excellent care of us. Also, the hostess (I believe her name was Judy) was outstanding: she got us set up perfectly, and ushered our guests to our table with great care. Throughout my stay, the staff at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and eager to answer questions as well. The staff culture at Renaissance Nashville is clearly quite positive, and it shows. I am so impressed. My sincere thank you!!

Amazing breakfast buffet

The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Fresh pastries, crispy bacon, and the star: Chef Danny’s omelette—fluffy, flavorful, and made to perfection. His skill truly elevated the whole experience, leaving us eager for a return visit. Enjoy!
