I'm writing to recognize Patrick (security team) for his help during a frightening incident involving my family at the pool. When our 4-yr son became separated from us, we were in a state of panic, frantically calling out for him, many people witnessed our distress, but Patrick was the one who immediately recognized that I was in crisis. Trusting his instincts, he approached me, quickly understood the situation, and took action without hesitation. EVERY SECOND COUNTS WHEN A CHILD WENT MISSING! We went separate ways to find my son. Patrick found my son shortly after!! What impressed us most was not only his intuition and urgency, but also his follow-through. Patrick was determined to help until our son was safely located. Employees like Patrick are rare and deserve special recognition!! He exemplifies the highest standards of customer service, compassion, and personal accountability. Our family is forever grateful and deeply indebted to him. We will never forget his kindness.

Gary was amazing to work with taking it forever I made each of us feel comfortable and welcome. These were, by far, the best and least stressful family photos we have ever taken! Thank you so much, Gary, for blessing our family with your talent and these memories!

Great location and facilities. Generally, the resort is looking tired which takes away from the premium feel, but still a good experience. As mentioned in other reviews, the reception staff (and concierge) were transactional, bordering on unwelcoming. It’s a shame as they should be setting the tone and sharing more about the facilities available.

WOW! This is a beautiful expansive resort. PLEASE NOTE: The beach in front of the resort is NOT SWIMMABLE! It is typically always a red flag beach. POOL AREA: This is were this resort exceeds and becomes a great choice with children. There is an Adult pool, Lazy-like River, Lagoon-like pool, RESTAURANTS: Reservations are highly recommended and needed at times COFFEE SHOP: Excellent ROOMS: Clean, spacious and a little outdated. PARKING: FREE! BOTTOMLINE:Bring the family and enjoy he property

The best location & the best ambiance for our family of 4. It was so clean & well-staffed. Everyone loved the experience! The food, the luau, the pools, and even the beach…couldn’t have been better!
