Location is unmatched as Poipu Beach was our favorite place on the island. Its conveniently located near 2 shopping centers (one close to Starbucks ??). We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a one bedroom villa, and having a washer and dryer in unit was amazing! The staff was friendly! The pool was awesome and rated #1 for a reason! Theres a short walk to a rocky beach, pretty sunsets. We ate the resort restaurant 2x, it was priced fairly and delicious!

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. We were in Kauai celebrating our 25th anniversary and were happily surprised to find a sweet card, chocolates, chocolate covered strawberries and cookies in our room upon arrival. So kind! Our room was very nice and overlooked the beautiful pool. We were concerned that might be a noise issue, but it turned out not to be a problem. The food at the grill was delicious and the tranquility pool was perfect for us. We were very pleased with Marge, who did an excellent job sprucing up our room and keeping us supplied with fresh towels each day. We had such a great time, I was sad to leave. If we are ever able to return to Kauai again, we will 100% stay here again. Thank you so much for spoiling us!

Koloa Landing resort is paradise. The pool is just amazing to sit by, the sweets are very spacious and the facility is lovely.What a wonderful place to go and rejuvenate yourself.

The property was beautiful and the staff super friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

The 3 bedroom villas are top tier. Really felt like we got insane value with our stay. Super clean and felt very private for my wife and I. Noise level really just depended on where you went. Main pool was noisy but that’s to be expected with a large pool area like that. Food at the resort restaurant was good and the bar was great. Our main bartender everyday was Nicky and she was awesome. She really whipped up some top notch frozen beverages. If we ever wanted to get away from noise we went to the tranquility pool which was really awesome. The service and housekeeping was awesome. Our housekeeper was Kai and he was the best. Great atmosphere. The lush greenery and winding walkways through it all was really beautiful. That lobby view when you first pull up is crazy. Shopping centers are very close to the resort and you can really get to anything within 5-10 minutes in the Poipu area. Only knock is that there is no real beach access at the resort but with a pool like that who cares. 5 star experience and we will 1000% be staying there again when we come back.
