A wonderful experience! No complaints whatsoever. Great staff and a wonderful location. My family legitimately did not want to leave the resort.

Beautiful setting and large villas. This was a perfect fit for our large extended family.

Our family has been here 4 times now. After the first time, we had to come back. And then after that, we decided to bring the entire immediate family. The location in Poipu is wonderful. Quick to get to places, especially Koloa, which has really developed over the years. I say developed but I don’t want people reading this to take away that development is taking away from the nostalgia of a small country town…as the country feel still remains in many areas. Koloa Landing is such a great place as the pools are perfect for any level of swimming. I’m sure you can read lots of other reviews for the pools…I will simply just say that’s it’s great for any age. There are always laydown chairs available so you don’t need to fight crowds. At least we didn’t have to. The pool food service is great with drinks both for kids and adults pool side or at the Holoholo grill which is good quality food. The kids favorite was shaved ice and dippin dot ice cream next to the grill. Absolutely wonderful. We did part take in the fitness center and complimentary HIIT, yoga and S’mores as part of the hotel events so do your research and planning to partake in what the hotel offers. My son and I also were able to compete in the lawn putting green so yes…we did utilize the facilities as much as it had to offer. This trip, we weren’t greeted as we usually were and our room wasn’t quite ready yet at check in and I assume it was due to staffing but the hotel made up for it by offering some other perks pool side which was very nice of them. Our family of 8 + 2 toddlers had a memorable family stay in a 3 bedroom 3 bath suite with lots of memories between the parents, siblings and kids. And we really do have memories as the nice part is that the kids say, I remember the slides or night swimming with grandpa or s’mores for the first time…and the list goes on. All this to summarize into a great place to stay for families. Highly recommended.

Rooms were well stocked and kitchen was superb! Staff was pleasant and helped us many times!

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, along with the pools. However, the room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Housekeeping was slow and did not replenish fresh towels on the daily. Other than that, I'd rate it 5 stars since our stay was enjoyable.
