The bed in our room was so hard and the pillows were flat. You have the business. You should really spend money on replacing bedding and pillows. Parking… you gotta do better on the lack of parking spaces! Otherwise, the hotel met our basic needs.

Kauai Shores is in a beautiful location with great amenities: pools, hot tub, bicycles, yoga. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. It took a while to get the water hot in the shower.

Great location just outside of Lihue near Kapa’a. Sleeping Giant isn’t far away either. Rooms are nice and the grounds are very pretty. The hotel staff are friendly, courteous and brimming with Aloha. They have a nice onsite restaurant. Complimentary valet parking is a nice amenity. They have bicycles to rent if you want to ride the coastal trail. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.

Beautiful location right on the beach. The room was clean comfortable. The restaurant and bar were excellent for dinner and breakfast. Close to the airport. We definitely would return to Kauai Shores if going back to Kauai.

Great, affordable place to stay and service was top notch. Right on the water so you can have a lot of fun right at the hotel. The restaurant was really good, and the hotel prides themselves on keeping everything clean and manicured. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was family friendly but would also be fun for a group of young adults. The location is ideal and central to all of the places you want to visit. It is quiet at night and very safe. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.
