The room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom and good air conditioning. Noise from neighbouring rooms was excessive. Also, small children running around and screaming in the lounge and garden space outside the rooms after 9 pm was a problem. While they are the responsibility of the parents, the hotel staff should talk to the parents and/or children.

Perfect location, amazing staff, clean room! Had such a great time in San Pedro, the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The pool was so nice to relax by and location was prime. The restaurant at the hotel was also very yummy. Thank you for having me!

We have used several of the local resorts over the last few years. Bringing as few as 2 people to groups of over sixty. The Sunbreeze has become our go to place to stay while on Ambergris Caye. The location of only a few feet from the airport terminal saves us transportation expenses. The courtyard and rooms are always clean and well kept. One of the best restaurants on the island is on the grounds too. Make reservations for the evening and relax. The staff truly go out of their way to accommodate us.

This place is so great and welcoming very friendly and amazing customer service! Whenever we needed anything, they were there and helped right away! The rooms were nice and clean, big, nice, big shower, and one of the only places we could find two big double beds, in same room. Location is excellent as it is right downtown, but also one of the best in downtown, and also close to the airport. Really great pool and restaurant! Everything is walkable distance from here! The dive shop here is really helpful! Everybody here was super helpful and nice! Only thing is I just wish there were more Kleenex in the room and better water pressure but I believe that is because ambergris Caye has to conserve water. Beautiful pool and restaurant. Love this place and location and can’t wait to come back soon!

Great location, wonderful staff and accomodations. I am definitely staying here for my next trip to Belize! Everyone was so courteous especially given that I had a personal emergency while visiting. Could not have hope for more understanding crew.
