Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms - very conveniently located right in the airport! We had an early flight and decided to stay here as a result - just walked out the sliding doors and down the hall to check-in. It was wonderful! Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The front bell hop was so very helpful getting all our luggage etc from our rental car before we returned and brought up to our room. There were many airline cancellations so many people were checking in/asking about room reservations but the front desk was quick and I was able to get our rooms quickly. Our 2 rooms overlooked the runway but it was so quite I never would have known if I did not look out of the window to see it! Rooms are immaculate with bathroom clean, nice toiletries, towels etc. We ate in the restaurant on the main level and was very good. When we checked out at 4:30 am for our Air Canada flight at 6am it was so easy. The hotel is located next to the terminal (inside walk) and Air Canada is right there. The location could not be beat. I would stay here again if I was in the area!

$493/night for a mediocre room. No bathtub, no robe. Minibar was so noisy I had to unplug it. Internet cost an extra $10/day (or $15 if you want to use Netflix). The AC unit is solid 56db (I measured it), which is insane and you can’t turn it to low… The $100 dinner room service for two people came in a paper bag, no plates, eating off containers with plastic forks. The room was clean, staff was friendly.

I have never had a more seamless and convenient experience at an airport, ever! The value for this room was top notch. Here are the circumstances surrounding our stay: we knew we’d have a late arrival due to our flight schedule, were meeting up with family flying in from another city, and had a drive after touchdown to reach our destinations in the Canadian Rockies. We opted to rest for the night and pick up our rental the next morning, and it worked out wonderfully. (Car rental is just a few steps away from the hotel, very convenient.) Another plus was the lobby restaurant was open to late hours, a nice perk after traveling long hours and missing dinner. The meals and cocktails were tasty, as was breakfast the next morning. Our room sat right next to the gates, and ironically the noise coming in from the hallway was louder than any of the planes revving up for the morning. Rooms were clean and staff were incredibly friendly. Anytime I have a weirdly timed arrival or departure at YYC I will stay here again.

My son and I stayed here for one night on the 22nd May after our long flight from UK. We arrived late and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist ( I didn't get his name) The room was comfortable with two large beds. Breakfast was very good and the service was very attentive. We didn't use the pool facilities as we left early for our drive to Lake Louise. Highly recommended
