The entire staff at Cala Di Luna is top notch and Juan our server was attentive and excellent. The presentation and quality of the food is superb! Oscar the manager was so happy we visited his restaurant. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean, a lot of restaurants, good pool views! Well that’s it! 1) Customer service is horrible! Bar tenders and waiting staff are not friending unless you’re throwing money at them! We were here over 7 days and spent 400.00 in tips so I’m no cheapskate! And was not at the hotel one whole day! 2) There is no daytime entertainment at the pool unless you are doing water aerobics in the morning! The night time entertainment is definitely lacking compared to other resorts like dreams, secrets, palace etc! 3) If you are on any refrigerator medication make sure you are prepared to fill ice bins and keep them filled on a daily! They say they don’t have refrigerators that stay that cold! Well we have been to Mexico 9 times and have never had these issues! 4) Also always, always lock your door with the deadbolt! They come in your room without notice. Even at 10:30pm to replace towels cause I couldn’t get up and get dressed before they walked in my room!! Spoke to two others couple this happened to also!
