We had an amazing holiday at Iberostar Selection and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We were a group of three girls, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful team. The service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. The staff are a real asset to the resort—they work incredibly hard, are always courteous, and go out of their way to help with anything we needed. Their genuine kindness and professionalism made the experience feel like a little slice of paradise. The food was another highlight—there was always a great selection, and we couldn’t resist trying the new varieties offered every day. There’s so much to do at the resort, we couldn’t fit it all in! Our only wish is that we had stayed longer to enjoy even more of what it had to offer.

We absolutely love iberostar selection cancun, we have been here 4 times and just had our wedding and honeymoon here, the service, food, amenities etc. all perfect the staff is incredible and kitchen chefs Daniel, Gabriel, and Jacinto were phenomenal! We love all the staff here at iberostar selection cancun!!

The resort is good, beach is great! Food SUCKS!!!! It doesn't begin to compare with Iberostar pariso beach complex. We have stayed at the Iberostar's in Playa and Cozumel. They both have much better food. So if you want a decent meal Iberostar Selection is not for you. BTW , this was the response of most everyone we chatted with!

The sole purpose of this review is to talk about VERONICA!!!!!! She is a server in the lobby bar and I. have honestly never had anyone anywhere in the world be as good as she is at her job. What a personality and outlook on life! You can tell VERONICA doesn’t have bad days. She is super fantastic. She handled our whole wedding party plus family and Guests and nobody ever waited for a drink. She must do 30000 steps a day when she works. Best best BEST I have ever seen. VERONUCA thank you for making the wedding weekend so wonderful YOU are a World Class Server!!!! If I had a company in Mexico there is no doubt that I would try to steal her away as an employee. If you are a guest at this property please find Veronica, in the evenings at the lobby bar, hand her a $20 Bill and tell her that T. Coe Says HELLO!!!

I stayed at this so-called 5-star hotel expecting luxury, comfort, and high-end service. What I got wouldn’t even qualify as a 2-star or 3 star experience. From the moment I arrived, it was disappointment after disappointment. The check-in process was disorganized and the service during the whole stay was 2-3 stars. Not even close to 4 stars.
