The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are clean, the food is very good, and the beach is amazing! The real asset of this paradise though is it's people! The staff are incredible! Huge shout out to people like Jay and Guadalupe and Fermin making sure that you are comfortable and well cared for... Going above and beyond to provide information to help you make decisions! Israel and Carmen and Armondo and Angela down at the beach making and bringing drinks... So friendly, happy, and welcoming!

The staff were amazing. Always willing to go the extra mile Especially Fred Fabela who met us at the resort and showed us around and exceeded our expectations His recommendation of a mango daiquiri was heavenly. We saw him several times over our stay and always asked if we needed anything and he even helped us upgrade our membership

We just got back from a week's stay at Iberostar Selection Cancun. We had a private pool villa overlooking the ocean, and it was fantastic. The whole trip was a wonderful experience, and we already want to return next year! I traveled with my husband and 2 teenage daughters, 13 + 15. The resort was safe & fun! Big special shoutout to Fermin, our concierge @ the beach club. His service was outstanding!! Carmen and Israel were outstanding as well!! Overall, a 5-star trip, and we most definitely will be back!!!!

Great hotel we loved our stay. We were there for 10 days, the first few days it was very cold and windy. It warmed up as the week went along. We are member of the Iberostar so went spent the week at the members, had a cabana every day at the beach the service was fantastic thanks to Israel,Saba and Angela. The water was a little rough but the guys went swimming. The food in all the restaurants was good put could be a little hotter. We enjoyed the buffet always lots to choice from. The room was large enough for 3 people and was kept very clean. We would definitely go back to the Iberostar for a holiday.
