We had a wonderful family vacation. Access to premium Santa Rosa was a highlight. Special shoutout Omar, Luis and Cristian.Amazing service and do kind! Food overall was average, but always something tasty to eat! Another special shout out to Carlos! Amazing banana flambé! Extra special kudos to the entertainment staff, they work very hard! Thank you to Diego for going above and beyond to make sure our family had a special experience.

We had the best time with our family. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and so sweet to our two boys. Omar, Luis, and Alfredo made the experience over at Santa Rosa so nice and a truly stress free vacation. Best mimosas too ????

We went as a group of 16, with kids between the ages of 4-21. There was plenty to do for all of them. As a whole, the resort was fine for a budget experience. We went knowing the food was going to be just ok, and it was. I would say the breakfast was the best of the buffets, however the main buffet area is not air conditioned and because it is not open air and on the 2nd floor, it was pretty unbearable. Thankfully, we were premium so we started to go to the Santa Rosa lounge for breakfast and that was very nice. It is air conditioned and there is a buffet of the the basics. In addition, we learned we could order a made-to-order omelet as well, and it was very good! We ate the snack bar behind the pool for lunch every day as that was the only option. We were thankful there was guacamole and chips every day as well as basics such as burgers, chicken nuggets, french fries, and pizza. It was pretty good, but nothing great! We only had a reservation at the Italian as we were not able to get one at the Asian. We thought the food at the Italian was amazing! It was the best food we had while we were on the resort. The beach was good, but not as good as everyone portrayed it to be. It was pretty rocky going into the water, but once you got out there a little way it was good! A couple of the kids did snorkel right at the resort and saw a few fish, but it wasn't as good as it was when we went to the Fiesta Americana. The water wasn't as clear as I thought it would be. Although it could be the time of year. We didn't have any sargassum, but just a little "cloudy." Overall we had a good experience, but I can't say that we would go back as I like a few of the other resorts in Cozumel better.

Huge shoutout to Allegro! The staff was amazing and took great care of my family of 14. Arbey has an amazing attitude and loves his job and it shows he went the extra mile to help us do something for one of our family members birthdays! Carlos the waiter is section 14 was awesome and very good at keeping our drinks filled. Pedro made the best tacos and hibachi of the trip. JD and Diego were fun to play volleyball with. Awesome people
Day Pass Experience

We had an awesome time! The bars were great and there was a good selection of pools for kids, adults, etc. I also liked the card system for the towels. Everything was clean and the gym was nice and had fruit and water. I highly recommend this place for a full stay or as a day pass experience.
