Lovely hotel and great pool attached to next door property that you have access to (much better that the pool at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms have been refurbished quite recently. Go high and views from both wings are nice. My only gripe was the resort fee and very poor internet - no way to get faster service and considering the report fee is USD40 plus tax it's unacceptable

This is a lovely resort with an abundance of on site amenities. The front desk staff was very helpful, courteous, & friendly. The valet staff always hustled quickly & efficiently to have our vehicle ready. Really a great team of gentlemen. Negative comments—we stayed four nights & our carpet and bathroom floor were never vacuumed/cleaned. Shampoo & shower soap dispensers were not refilled. I felt $40/day for parking was steep.

Could not find a place to review the Nauti Mermaid Restaurant. It had a nice bar and dining area outside which is where we sat. Son ordered the rare tuna sandwich which he said was way too spicy and I ordered the salmon which was so salty I had trouble with my throat and only ate a small portion. If they have an executive chef they need to get someone who can cook. The menu was small and not much to choose from. At least the drinks were good. I had to wait very long for a glass of ice. Will not be going back there again and I live near there. Very expensive for food that you can't eat. She should have given us more of a discount. It was nice looking at the boats etc.

We had an amazing Mothers’ Day Weekend. We were welcomed by Devin at the front desk who was phenomenal. She was friendly, kind, and gave us wonderful tips. She made a reservation for the included Dolphin cruise which was the highlight of our trip! We brought drinks with us and saw numerous dolphins and a beautiful sunset. We were upgraded to a suite which was really an apartment! It was huge with a full kitchen and amazing views of the Marina. The food at Nauti Mermaid was excellent. Our wonderful server Amelia gave as excellent recommendations. The grouper appetizer and fish tacos were our favorite. They play life music in the evening which makes for an even nicer dining experience. The pool is quite small and the hotel definitely feels more like an apartment building than a hotel but overall it’s a beautiful property on the perfect location with great food options. There are other restaurants within walking distance to the Westin that are phenomenal as well. Shout out to Angela who was our pool bar attendant. We didn’t get a chance to take the ferry to the beach but I wish we could have. The staff truly makes this place special and we will definitely be coming back!!

I stayed one night for business. The staff were wonderful from the front desk to the valet. I was able to check in hours early with no problem and the valet were efficient and kind. The pools were lovely and the additional rec center was a short walk/bike down the road. The room was clean and though on the older side, it was nice.
