Good place if you want peace and quiet

Rob M (St. Augustine, Florida) on Oct 22, 2025

Ive stayed here before for work. If you want a quiet place off the beat and path with a few places to eat within walking distance it’s a good choice. Room are spacious and clean. My only gripe is I pre-paid for 2 nights with a total of $427 after all taxes and fees. They ran my card for a pre-authorization at check in for $349, then another one for $74 the first morning, and another the second morning. They ran my card for more money in pre-authorizations then my entire stay with taxes and fees. Very confusing and little Explanation from front desk. The front desk girl couldn’t make Sense of it…

Enjoyed every minute

Wonderful resort! Free sunset cruise to see the dolphins. Pool was amazing and relaxing. Rooms were quiet, roomy, and well appointed. I wouldn't advise the store, there are no prices on the items, food wasn't great.

Perfect mix of view, comfort and service!

460christineni on Aug 05, 2025

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The view is spectacular, I could spot manatees and dolphins from my balcony! There are many food options on site as well as close by to fit all tastes. We loved the High Tide Social House down by the Marina, and enjoyed the Nauti Mermaid at the Hotel. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. Anna Marie at the front desk is an absolute gem! She genuinely made us feel welcome and is friendly, helpful and accomodating! HIghly recommend this resort!

Excellent Mariner Suite

ArunKrishnamurthy (Orlando, Florida) on Jul 19, 2025

We went for a business trip. Before we checked in, we received an email that we have been upgraded to the Mariner suite, one of the best rooms they have. The suite was almost as big as my house with 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen, living room, laundry, and balcony. The views were wonderful as we could see the marina and river. We even saw a manatee from our window. The beds were quite comfortable and the TVs were large enough to enjoy the cable shows. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed including a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The bathrooms had an excellent shower with their famous heavenly bath white tea products. We enjoyed it so much. The fitness center and pool at the hotel were nice, but a bit small. So I used the ones at the Tarpon Point community center that were included in the resort fee, which was quite larger. The lobby was inviting, but a bit small. We did eat at the restaurant during breakfast as it was included for being a platinum member. The food was good, and the service was great. I was a bit surprised there was a 5 dollar upcharge if we went over what was provided, even if it was only a dollar price difference. The resort fee was a bit expensive at 40 dollars per day, but it did include a dolphin boat tour which we took advantage of one day. Parking was an additional 25 dollars extra, which was inside their covered garage. The are only 2 elevators in each corner of the hotel, so it can get crowded and take some time to get to your floor. The service was friendly, but a bit busy and tired. When we checked in, we didn't see any bellhops. However, one arrived when we requested. Valet parking is also available, but costs extra money. I was surprised to see no concierge at the resort, but the front desk was able to book the dolphin tour and provide restaurant suggestions nearby. While the hotel has gotten old and could use minor renovations, it still has a very nice Westin charm. The suite we were given was excellent and large. This is the reason why we are giving it 5 stars. We were able to relax and enjoy the wonderful views. While the staff seemed a bit busy and tired, they were still friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Cape Coral.
