One of our best resort experiences! The staff were amazing! Anna was our favorite, but all were awesome. The restaurants were incredible. We loved all of the healthy options. The suite was fabulous and roomy. We loved the marina views. The free dolphin tour was awesome! We will definitely be back!

Okay service, although the one star comes from July 4th. Myself and my family were on the top floor of the empty parking garage to watch the fireworks from the bridge. As it is the only angle to see if from. We were quietly sitting there by ourselves a few minutes before they were supposed to begin when one of the employees came over and told us we weren’t allowed to be up there. We had no alcohol and were just hoping to view them as my family had been looking forward all day. Let’s just say us missing our fireworks put a huge damper on the week stay. Would highly advise to look elsewhere to not let employees ruin a seemingly great time.

Great location and very nice staff. The gym is really good and the pool available nearby is really good for sunbathing and for swimming laps. Easy to park and get out to shops, restaurants and cinemas. Onsite restaurant is OK.... but the Crabshack attached to the hotel is amazing - brilliant staff and food. Room had great facilities and a beautiful view, air con was brilliant.

Stayed for 3 nights over the weekend Staff excellent, particularly in the outside bar. We had a king suite with balcony which was very comfortable with a kitchenette which meant if you want you can eat in. The bedroom spacious and bed very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with washer and drier in for clothes which was great as we are on a bit of a road trip. Pool is nice plenty of beds for the usage that it was having. A free dolphin boat trip was available which we took and had a great time seeing dolphins in the river/sea. Not the cheapest of stays but well worth it in our view Would recommend a visit don’t think you will be disappointed

I cannot say enough wonderful things about thus property. Special recognition to Grant from Hawaii at the front desk for welcoming us with such kindness and hospitality. My young children absolutely love the special treats from hotel staff and the wonderful gift left for my wife. The property is absolutely beautiful with great dining on a property. There is also a great fitness center 2 mins away from the main tower which has a great 25 yard lap pool.
