Excellent hotel with a great service. The stuff is very kind and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean as well as the other hotel areas. Hope to come back soon

Hello, my name is Maricét, I was today, April 19, 2026 in this greatful and beautiful hotel, The Gran Muthu Habana. I went to celebrate my son's Miguelito birthday, and I must to say that we had the most and wonderful experience there. Its staff was very kind with us, since that we arrive to the hotel we loved the location, its wonderful areas and the pool. I want to mentione, specially a very kind woman that works in the desk, her name is Ana Teresa, she was very lovely with us and make of this day an unforgettable experience. I would like to only say Thanks for everything!!

Great service from reception to breakfast buffet. Lovely pool and amenities. Towel service and food( at good prices. )

The stay was amazing, we enjoyed every moment of our stay 5?? service and standard. We would definitely visit again. Great job from the public representatives and Big thanks to Mr. Miguel the customer representative.
