Wonderful experiencie. The staff was all the time trying to help us. We think is the best hotel right now. It has electricity even when the city is in black out. It has good food and good breakfast. The people is very nice y talkative. We recomend this hotel if you want to come to Havana, Cuba. The rooms are comfortables and big. The restaurants are beutiful. Well done Parque Central!

My experience is the hotel is great, and the gym is well managed, by Rigo , he is excellent, he always makes sure the people are taken care of, he is friendly and nice and we are happy to see him. He keeps the gym clean and well equipped. The security team and all staff st this hotel is very good. Yusenia is also great, and everyone is super helpful. Top notch hotel. The staff from the reception and entrance are amazing. I have to admit that they are doing a tremendous job and are super friendly. Although I had booked a reservation in Marques De Torre, which seems to be closed, I had to found out that I needed to check in in Parc Central. The communication for this was poor / non-existing. Once entering the room, we were surprised by 'cucaracha' (bugs) in our bathroom and the staff needed to clean this. During the night we woke up again because we found out there were still some bugs in the bathroom. This was a super sad experience. I made a complaint to the staff about this but I didnt get any satisfying response from their side. (A simple "ah ok, we will send someone to clean"). The breakfast on the other hand was extremely delicious. I have to say this was surprisingly good - best we've eaten in Havana so far! In the restaurant and bars we felt scammed. The food and drinks were (again) delicious and from a good quality, but the payments in euro/usd were not fair. We had to pay in the restaurant for 2 meals and 2 drinks 33 USD. We have 35 euro and they said "OK". The money we gave in USD is worth 40 euro. They did not have any change back. It's not fair and we felt a bit ripped/scammed this way. At the poolbar my girlfriend tried to pay with her Cuban tarjeta. As Cuban citizen, she's allowed to make payments this way. They refused this and told her that her boyfriend (me) is European and they can't accept it because of this. Again we felt scammed and we didn't order any more drinks because of this. To add on top of this all - we are always leaving tips for the people they deserve and we understand the Cuban situation but at some places in the hotel we didn't felt appreciated and had a super bad experience. At the entrance and outside it's a 'jungle'. People coming in groups grabbing your arms and touching you for money and to ask for pesos and even dollars. It's more worse than it was 2 years ago when we were at the same place. Even some persona looking through the windows if they can find the people who entered the hotel or looking for people who were supposed to leave the hotel. In general not a great experience.

Great central location off the Central Park, close to all amenities in Old Town. It has a modern comfortable atmosphere. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern with all the mod cons. The room we has was very quiet and restful. There were some discounts available when we booked and it was excellent value for the amount we paid in comparison with other nearby hotels. The hotel has all amenities for a business trip but only a swimming pool for children/ and no play area.

The place has an amazing service. The breakfast is plenty of food and the people are very kind and Nice. We loved the hotel they have conditions on the rooms and on the pool. We hope coming back soon.
