Poor service regarding email requests

Have attempted 3 times to get a response from hotel regarding requests. There has been no response. Poor customer service, one would expect a response to simple request and questions. Hotel needs to fix this poor service moving forward to justify the cost of staying.

We stayed 2 nights and were very happy with this beautiful hotel. The grounds were very well kept, the staff very friendly and helpful and just an overall wonderful place to enjoy the gorgeous bays of Huatulco!

This is an Amazing venue! The food from Chef Cordoba was phenomenal to include the desserts and the service from hotel staff is on point.This is a definite location to come and enjoy the amenities. Gracias Chef Cordoba por la comida rica!! I will be back.

The place was fantastic, and we had one of the best stays of our lives. We are very grateful to the Adventure Club, and especially to teacher Karine, from whom we learned a lot and who always kept us motivated." Good attention, but I think it will improve because hamburger’s meat was tasteless. everything was alright
