If you are expecting a certain level of service and cleanliness, try somewhere else. The hotel room was given to us after the promised time of 3pm, when we got to our room it was still being "cleaned". Once the floors were dry enough to walk in we checked the beds and the sheets had hair from previous guests. It was obvious the sheets were not changed. When we requested they be changed a big fuss was made by the housekeeper, her supervisor and the front desk. After they left we used the toilet only to realize it was broken and did not flush, which made us think this was not cleaned either since it wasn't flushing. Poor bathroom amenities and difficult to use. The food offered at the restaurants is OK. Nothing special and some items lacked flavor or looked undercooked. The drink selection is low and they run out quickly. We would order drinks from the pool bar and when we requested juice for our children they gave us the drink mix they use for cocktails. How can this be a family resort but not have kid friendly beverages by the pools? They do offer a lot of activities throughout the day and have shows at night which are also just OK. Spend your money elsewhere.

The hotel staff are so kind. They talked with us and found out that we were having our 34th anniversary. They treated us like King and Queen. Each staff member we walked by was smiling and helpful. We had such a relaxing time. The food was delicious, the cleaning crew did excellent, and the entertainment that we did participate in was so much fun and welcoming. We feel like this is our home.

Great entertainment activities, will never get bored of you get to stay here. family friendly, there is also a variety of suites and prices, very economic and food and drink la are good. The staff is also great.

The meal was so professional. The food looked like art. It tasted even better than the beautiful art it is. The tables were decorated in a formal manner. Salvador our waiter was incredible. Served our food in fancy way and brought us all we requested. Truly an incredible experience.

Super amazing food at their reservation restaurant. It Was like being at a 5 star restaurant. Staff are super amazing and the food was spectacular. I had the beef and it was super tender. They also brought out super amazing drinks for us.
