We stayed at Kona By The Sea for five days. The staff were very friendly and you really felt the Aloha spirit. This was everything I wanted. We were on the 3rd floor. The ocean view was perfect, the turquoise waving coming in right below us brought back memories of when we lived on Ohau years ago. Our room was very clean and spacious. The water pressure in the shower can't be beat. This is a condo, there was a washer and dryer that were great to have. The lanai had nice furniture and a perfect view. Right down the road is Ali Gardens market. The shaved ice is huge and sooo good. We went to Punau'u Black Sand beach to see the turtles. There were 13 out of the water when we got there. This was a must see. Our hotel location was perfect no matter what you choose to do. I definitely recommend this hotel/condo.

Great location with plenty of parking. Sea view was great. Condo very spacious and comfortable. See previous comments on what should be looked at in condo 305 to improve.

This place was amazing! The view from our balcony was beautiful and so wonderful to wake up to every day! The condo was very well equipped and very nice. The staff was wonderful and kind. It was wonderful to have a nice pool to relax at. The location was perfect. Not too far from town, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Underground parking was a plus! We would stay here again!

A great location by the sea in the Big island. Our guest room is spacious and included a kitchen inside. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall a nice clean property with well manicured botanical landscape, quiet with great sunset and sunrise views however somewhat isolated no on property food or bars and really not enjoyable having to physically punch in a 6 to 8 digit code on a keypad for every Pool gate, our room and the elevator - makes it very frustrating with multiple in the party.
