This was a nicely equipped two bedroom condo unit (we stayed in unit 710) with an ocean view. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with a convenient location. It was not a new hotel, but our room was well maintained. We would stay again. We used it as a base of operations for our many excursions as well as the kitchen for many meals. We had 5 adults (one sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room). The unit might be more suitable for a family with children as the second bedroom had two singles rather than a queen. The ocean view patio was great for mornings and sunsets. We did not use the pool or spa, so I cannot comment on those features.

Amazing 10-Day Family Stay in Kona! We are a family of four, and we spent an amazing 10 days here in Unit 706. From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed with the condo. It was super clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and very well equipped with all the essentials we needed during our stay. The ocean view from the unit was absolutely amazing and was one of our favorite parts of the condo. The HVAC worked perfectly and kept the temperature comfortable throughout our entire stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The resort is also in an excellent location in Kona. It is within walking distance of downtown and very close to major stores, including Walmart. Costco is only about two miles away, which made shopping and getting groceries very convenient. We really enjoyed the spa and pool area, which were clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The resort also has a barbecue area, which was a great bonus for our family. The indoor parking was another great convenience, especially because it was located very close to our unit. The overall atmosphere and vibe of the resort were wonderful. The area was very quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. The staff and front desk personnel were also extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, we could not have asked for a better place to spend our 10-day family vacation. Unit 706 was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this resort to families or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, relaxing place to stay in Kona with a great location and beautiful ocean views!

Our first trip to Kona. We actually stayed in a short term rental at this property, so I cannot comment on the service of the Wyndham resort. But I can offer a reflection on the property itself. This location is about 1.8 miles from significant retail locations, so you are definitely going to want a car. But it is very quiet which is nice for relaxing. The facility is dated but seems to be in reasonably good shape. Public spaces are freshly painted and clean. The parking areas offered lots of space. It appears that the fountains that once ran down the center of the property are being redesigned. There are two pools- a family pool and a quiet pool for adults. There are grills at the family pool and seating. Apparently a little coffee shop is open there several mornings a week. There is also free mineral sunscreen. Even though we aren’t patrons, the folks at the front desk were kind and helpful. The view of the sunset was gorgeous.

We stayed at Royal Sea Cliff Kona by OUTRIGGER for 7 nights and 8 days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The condo was very clean when we arrived and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was outstanding — everyone from the front desk to the maintenance and landscaping teams was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We truly appreciated how well the property was maintained and how welcoming the atmosphere felt. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kona.

We really enjoyed our stay! We booked a one-bedroom condo with an ocean view on Costco Travel. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom condo on the 7th floor. The ocean view was excellent, with a spectacular sunset view right from your lanai. The location is great, with easy in/out access. Parking is great. The condo itself was nicely upgraded and decorated. Our unit was 702. If you need a two-bedroom, I highly recommend this one! The room was spotless, with plenty of clean towels and pillows for the king-size bed. We cooked many breakfasts there, as well as two dinners. (We stayed seven nights.) We used the coffee maker daily, ran the dishwasher twice, and used the stovetop numerous times. Everything worked wonderfully! Having a car in Kona is mandatory for any stay, so even though there wasn’t too much within walking distance, it didn't matter to us. The staff was terrific and helpful. Didn't spend any time at the two pools, as we were at the beaches for that. But they seemed very nice, standard pools. One for family and one “quiet pool”. This was our first time in this complex and would certainly consider staying here again!
