Emy and Zach at the front desk were awesome - from check in to check out Emy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. And we had the things we needed. There were some special accommodations that I needed and she well more than delivered. It was my first time staying at Crickfords and my first time in Las Vegas- if I have the chance to go back I’m definitely picking Crockfords for my stay and I hope to have Emys help again. The hotel was beautiful and there were some really neat amenities that were unexpected- the nail, shave and vanity kits were a nice and appreciated complimentary added bonus. Beds were comfy and the massage gun was a neat extra feature. Toiletries were outstanding quality and the scent was more than pleasant. The exfoliating bath sponge was definitely and added luxury. If you want to be well cared for and feel like your experience is important - ask for Emy.

I booked a stay at Crockfords for my parents’ anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment they arrived, the Crockfords team made the celebration feel so special. They absolutely loved their room — they said it was beautiful, spotless, quiet, comfortable, and luxurious. Zero complaints from them! They’re still raving about how much they enjoyed the restaurants, especially Wally’s, which quickly became their favorite spot. The entire experience was so memorable that they’re already planning to return! It’s worth noting that my parents have always stayed at the Vdara in the past, but after their incredible experience at Crockfords, they’ve officially found their new favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. Huge thanks to everyone at Crockfords for making their anniversary trip so special!

I am giving this hotel a 5 star review. The staff were so friendly, taking a bath was so relaxing, and the room was awesome! I can see what's outside from my room window! When I walked in from ceasers palace my bed was so clean an organized. Excellent hotel

Not enough can be said about the amazing staff that support the experience. Stars like Jerry at the Front Door, followed by the welcoming front desk staff like Emi and Stephanie, even phone response with representatives like Ronald. Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, everything has been a blast. But I think what really stands out is a luxury ambassadors efforts A gentleman named Javon Coleman went out of his way to make the experience unforgettable! With wholehearted gratitude, Thank You! You cannot go wrong here at Crockford's. I have always had great experiences here. Thank you to a wonderful staff, and a consistently great guest experience!

I normally stay at the heart of the strip . With My end location hotel would be the Wynn . This time I tried this hotel with skepticism. But I’m prove my self wrong . The best of my experiences. It all started when I was looking to check in . A little bit confused as the entrance to the gated was close . Since the entrance to the Hilton was just like any other hotel entrance you see . Our driver drop us off . I arrived at the Hilton front desk and was told by the guest relations person . I’ll open the small door that would lead me to the Crockfords front desk . Wow was my first reaction as other guests from Hilton queuing to check in look at us . The lobby of Crockford was grandiose. the best part of my first experience was Tony the Front Desk The very first impression you always expect is the interaction with the Front Desk . As he welcomed me and my guest . His enthusiasm in explaining my benefits and the hotel amenities was favorable. I’m a Diamond Member . As in my profile I prefer close to the elevator. I was given a room at the 66th Floor . Yes the top floor. I entered the Room 130 . It was breathtaking. Hight ceiling. Another impressive experience. The view of the strip was great . This choice of food is vast . This location is good. I’m just a street away from Encore Hotel . Highly Recommended
