Luxury in the heart of Resorts World

Really quite a special experience compared to the regular hustle and bustle of Vegas. Although part of resorts world, the Crockford has its own entrance and lobby that is a tranquil escape from the casino. Everyone is very helpful — special shoutout to the valet staff. From providing chilled water bottles upon departure on hot days to fixing a key mishap, they are so on top of their game. It’s so nice to come back to the double height rooms (they are above a certain floor) and relax after a day out.
Great stay at Crockfords

Had an amazing experience at Crockfords. I admit they are pricey, but the quality and service are spectacular. In particular, ran into a relatively small issue (not even something I was really going to complain much about) and an amazing luxury services team member named Veronica (I hope I got that right) helped and truly went above and beyond to give us a great experience. The overall RW complex is beautiful. As someone who isn’t a fan of cigarettes, the filtration system here is amazing, I barely notice smoke in the casinos. Crockfords rooms are immaculate, and very luxuriously appointed.

Beautiful suite room at crockfords. 05107 large space, fridge to put things in. They refilled water bottles, they did a turn down service 2 out of the 3 nights. Tv hooks up to your phone, nice double sink. When called for housekeeping it came very quick. I could see people that don’t come to Vegas and want to explore the strip may find it far, I enjoy walking and cabbing it back. Pools are great, infinity pool is 21+. Foos court is nice,

Dear Crockfords Las Vegas Team, I am writing to express my absolute delight with my recent first-time stay at your hotel. As a Hilton Diamond member, I have typically frequented the Wynn/Encore during my visits to Las Vegas. However, my experience at Crockfords has truly set a new standard. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the genuinely inviting and kind nature of every team member I encountered. The level of service was simply exceptional. The beauty of our room was breathtaking, and I was incredibly surprised and grateful for the unexpected upgrade. As a loyal Hilton guest, receiving such a meaningful upgrade is something I have not experienced in quite some time, and it made my stay all the more special. The culinary experiences at your resort were equally impressive. We had the pleasure of dining at Carversteak, Genting, Wally's, and Juniors, and each meal was a remarkable highlight of our trip. A particular standout of our visit was the Awana Spa. It was, without a doubt, the best spa experience I have ever had. The "Midnight in Bali" treatment was unbelievable. I must commend the men's room attendant, Sergio, for his attentive service, and our massage technicians, Bruno and his colleague whose name begins with a 'D'. They were all absolutely amazing and contributed significantly to our relaxation and enjoyment. Thank you for the spectacular venues, the impeccable service, and for making a loyal customer out of me. I am already planning my return to Crockfords Las Vegas.

I'm thrilled to be writing my third review for Crockfords. After a four-night stay—our fifth visit overall—I can confidently say that Crockfords has truly found its stride. Everything during our stay was excellent. The Strip-view suite was incredible, the lobby was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was especially pleased with the recent updates to the Diamond food and beverage credits. You can now use them at Junior’s, Suns Out Buns Out, and the Dawg House. We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts at Junior’s! Beyond that improvement, we also noticed other meaningful improvements around the property. The free breakfast for all guests available in the lobby was meaningfully improved over previous stays, with both a broader selection and higher end items. The spa and pool experience remain top-notch. I would also encourage anyone staying here to check out the many fantastic restaurants on property, we love Carversteak and Genting Palace. Overall, everything finally feels up to par for a true luxury hotel experience in Las Vegas. Hats off to the management team for getting it right. We can’t wait to return next year!
