The Crockfords Las Vegas is my home away from home. I travel to the area 1-2 twice a month. The resort is top notch and the staff is even better. They know me by name and the rooms meet my expectation every time. Even though I primarily travel there for business…I actually used it as my host hotel for my wedding. Some of the people I encounter on a regular basis are Lisa…the outstanding concierge who is always able to accommodate my requests. Aleksandra and Shanon the luxury guest management team. The valet team Jose, Jason, Marco, Ronnie, Efren, Marshall, Maria, etc. Not to mention my favorite bartender Cher. The casino and resort has the perfect balance of fun without being overcrowded. The restaurant options provide something for every appetite. I am always treated like I am the most important customer they have and I greatly appreciate that. They know the types of rooms I prefer and make every attempt to accommodate. Being a Hilton Diamond member I am eligible for available upgrades they go out of their way to ensure the upgrade is granted. They really make it feel like home!

The facilities look very nice. However, the air conditioning in the room is terrible. It makes knocking noises when starting and shutting down. I was waken up several times at night. This is not acceptable for a supposedly luxury hotel. To make matters worse, the beverage credit was not properly applied, and I had to spend time arguing with the front desk to get it corrected.

I opt in to an upgrade for a room at Crawford’s and it was definitely worth it! This Hotel is so beautiful!! Private gated valet! Friendly staff at the lovely reception area. The decor and flowers are gorgeous. When I got to my room at the 63rd floor the size of my suite was larger than I expected. It had so many amenities like a bar with table and chairs area, plus the living room with a very comfortable sofa. Luxurious bathroom with an awesome bathtub. Very comfortable bed and yummy chocolates. And the view was just stunning!! From every window ! My stay was really a special treat. Had a delicious cocktail at the pool bar. I was told to try the lobster at Carver’s restaurant . Very flavorful !! Restaurant had a nice atmosphere . And the best part was the Casino with such variety of slots !!! I was up late having fun!! Can’t wait to return to this amazing resort!! Highly recommend !!!

No concierge to collect luggage, receptionist managed to use the "F" word describing what he likes to do in Vegas, then declined to tell us there was a skybar in crockfords and directed us to the Hilton next door ??? Nothing in the room worked eg. Automatic drapes, telephone, QR code info block. Shared pool with Hilton. Nothing different or upmarket. This information was passed on to reception. Nobody cared!
