April 2025 my Wife and me stayed already 10 Nights at Crockfords Hotel and it was an awesome Experience, so we decided to stay again April 2026 for 10 Nights in the Crockfords Hotel in Las Vegas. The Crockfords located in the top Floors from the Resorts World. What should I say? it was again fabulous. Ok at the Check in there happened one fail because we booked the Crockfords West Suite Strip View but after we went into the Suite it was "only" the One Bedroom City View Suite. Back to the Lobby to explain the Situation. The Woman at the Front Desk apologized for the inconvenience und offered us a 100 Dollar Food and Beverage Credit and she promised us that we can move into our Suite next Day in the Afternoon. For the Inconvenience we got to the 100 Dollar Food and Beverage Credit a extra Fruit Plater into our first Suite from The Concierge Mrs. Hernandez. That was very pleasant. Next Day we could move into our actual Suite, but it was not the Crockfords West Suite Strip View, we got the Entertainment Suite Strip View and this Suite is stunning. Thanks again to Mrs. Hernandez for this Upgrade. And we would again not disappointed from our second Stay. This Hotel deserve to be a 5 Star Hotel. You have at the Crockfords Lobby from 7 to 10 am a Daily little Breakfast with Coffee, Tea and Bites. The Housekeeping made every Day and Night a super Job and the View from the Suits are stunning. You can see the whole Strip from The Wynn Hotel to Mandalay Bay, a big part from the City and the Red Rock Canyons in the Background. Especially at Night the View is awesome and you can't get enough. Btw, even the First Night we stayed in the City View Suite was a nice Suite with a great View. We could see the Circus Circus, Fontainebleau Hotel, The Strat and behind the Freemont Street Downtown Especially the Circa Hotel. We look forward to come back again

Great hotel along the strip. Attentive staff and lots of great restaurants. Beautiful rooms with fabulous amenities!

Our time at Crockfords Las Vegas was exceptional. From the moment you drive theough the secluded arrival area you are immersed into a one stop shop. The bellmen were friendly and helpful. We were immediately acquainted with Moses who made sure to let us know whatever we needed from the front would be handled swiftly(Valet is complimentary). The views inside of the hotel were breathtaking; the kids were absolutely blown away and felt like we were in a movie. The front desk was also very accommodating and outgoing. Sarah and Stephanie assisted us. They provided our kids with complimentary coloring books and large keys for keepsakes. They thought they had master keys, amazing! They also went over the map of the property in detail which was terrific as different amenities were located on different floors. Upon arriving at the room high up in the tower(65th floor), we were instantly shocked by the high ceilings and the large windows which had a great view of the Fontainbleu and the Strat. The room was fully automated and felt clean. There were extra amenities such as a therapy gun. The welcome gift was liquid IV packs along with high end hand and lip moisturizer. The shower was to live for; I want one! The beds slept well- the mattress was perfectly firm and soft while the pillows formed around you for excellent relaxation. The pool was so so. They didnt allow any of the kids to be kids, so it was more like a relaxation tub verses the type of pool you would expect as a family. The gym was world-class and we had a thorough workout in the morning. Their complimentary small-bites breakfast was versatile. They had Match chia seed pudding(which we appreciated as plantbased people), fruit cups, salmon crustinis, FRESH coffee and tea, and lemon cake. Overall, we will definitely be visiting again. Very well may be our new stay-cation spot.

The stay at the Crockford was exceptional! The lobby is stunning rooms were gorgeous, spacious clean and super comfy beds. The kids and I loved the pools. Although it was windy the temperature was great and lifeguards super attentive which is nice since there were other kids there. Absolutely loved the gym. Now I met a lot of people that day but there are some you will never forget, and I can say I will never forget Stephanie. Stephanie was absolutely amazing and made me feel so special on my birthday! She made sure my stay was perfect. She brought such positive energy and sincerity that it transformed a simple visit into a memorable experience. It's rare to come across someone who combines excellent customer service with such a caring and personable nature. She went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you for making my day unforgettable!

This was our sixth, and best, stay at Crockfords. I won't bore you all with the repetitive details (see my previous reviews) but will add on some of the extra moments that made this specific stay so special. Sarah at the front desk was just absolutely terrific. She checked us in and out and she just did such an amazing job, courteous and luxurious every step of the way. The housekeeping was even better than usual (which is really something since they do an amazing job). One day, the housekeeper folded our dirty laundry in the closet! So unnecessary but also so thoughtful, and it made packing a breeze! I'm overjoyed with where Crockfords is and how far it has come. If you want a perfect luxury stay in Vegas, look no further. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so memorable and luxurious!
