We just returned from a family trip to Las Vegas and our stay at Crockfords at Resorts World was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Traveling with children can sometimes be stressful in Vegas, but Crockfords made everything feel comfortable, easy, and luxurious at the same time. From the moment we arrived, the service immediately stood out. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they went out of their way to make sure our family felt taken care of. Every employee we encountered — concierge, housekeeping, and guest services — treated us with genuine hospitality. You can really feel that this is the premium property within Resorts World. The room was spotless and beautifully designed. Modern, elegant, and extremely quiet — which is rare in Las Vegas. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept great every night. The bathroom felt like a spa, with a large soaking tub, high-end finishes, and excellent water pressure. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate and was very attentive throughout our stay. What really makes this property special for families is the balance of luxury and convenience. The location inside Resorts World is perfect. You have immediate access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment without needing to leave the building. With kids, this made a huge difference — no long walks across the Strip and no transportation hassles. Dining options were excellent and very convenient. Having multiple food choices nearby meant our kids could always find something they liked, while adults still had high-quality meals. Everything was organized, safe, and easy to navigate. Another thing worth mentioning is how quiet and secure Crockfords feels compared to many Strip hotels. Elevators require key access and the property felt very private and peaceful — something we really appreciated traveling as a family. Overall, Crockfords exceeded every expectation. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and family-friendly atmosphere made this trip memorable for all of us. If you are visiting Las Vegas with children but still want a luxury experience, this is absolutely the place to stay. We will 100% return on our next Vegas trip.

Vegas resorts are an incredible spectacle, but then you arrive to enjoy, and there are lines to check in, more lines for meals (especially breakfast) and then to bookend your stay, more lines to check out. Not at all at this gem at Resorts World. You truly feel elite at this exclusive hotel. Located on the top 4 floors at Resorts World (not unlike the Fours Seasons at the top of Mandalay Bay), you have the best rooms, the best entry way and service. Our impeccable two-room suite had a powder room, kitchenette with a large fridge, incredible living room and views of the strip, gorgeous bathroom and comfortable king bed with views when we pushed the button to open the drapes. We never heard a neighbor and the room was spotless. The real gift of Crockfords that will bring us back is Linni, a concierge. In Vegas, you must secure reservations ahead of a weekend visit at restaurants, shows, etc. When we encountered trouble doing this online, I called the concierge number, and Linni answered. And kept on answering all weekend! She set up all of our meals, helped with check in and out time adjustments, and found clever ways to make our anniversary so special. She was amazing, but not alone, as all the staff members we encountered, from housekeepers to the bellmen, did all they could to make this staycation visit so sincerely unique. And the restaurants in Resorts World are incredible. Aqua for seafood and caviar was outstanding. and Junior's for breakfast smacked of a New York diner! Carversteak is renowned as a leading Vegas steakhouse and locale to celebrity spot. There is something for everybody at Resorts World's dining offerings, with a strong Asian flavor choice. If you love Vegas, but not the cattle-call approach to a visit, go to Crocksford. BTW, we have stayed at every Las Vegas high-end Strip resort, because we live here. We have enjoyed some great amenities and service at other resorts. Crockfords is our walk-away favorite.

My friends and I spent a day at Awana Spa during our Vegas trip, and the experience was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Christina Hernandez went above and beyond to take care of us- even helping coordinate transportation to and from the airport and other venues. The property is spotless and feels so fresh. We stayed at Crockfords and the room was absolutely beautiful. As a first-time visitor to Resorts World, I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at the Crockford's for a weekend to celebrate my Dad's 79th birthday. We stayed a suite in the West tower. It was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The dedicated access through the west tower elevator was a plus. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Stephanie and Emy at the front desk who helped sort our some of our account credits and gave us suggestions on how to spend our time in the resort. We ate at Viva and Carvesteak, both of which were great. We gambled pretty much exclusively at Pai-Gow tables, and the tables were always open, the casino was clean, and the dealers were friendly. It is my go-to casino for Vegas, and I am looking forward to my next visit.
