The location is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping and has a great atmosphere. Also offers sunset view (across the street). We also used their shuttle service for dinner which was quick and easy and takes you back and forth within 3 miles (Poipu Beach had 30 turtles). The rooms, pool, parking all great. We enjoyed listening to the pool bar music and waterfall from the balcony and had a view of the ocean peeking around the corner. The resort was surprisingly quiet and well kept. Pools were beautiful and clean. (Bldg 8 pool view corner unit). The 1 br also has two bath sinks which I loved. A couple of minor helpful notes: the front desk didn’t always have towels for activities and asked you to go them from the hut and there was no full length mirror in my 1 br unit.

We love Koloa Landing. This is our third time to the resort in the past five years. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, the grounds and rooms are always meticulously, and the location is excellent. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Poipu around amazing beaches and delicious food. The pool is always a highlight - my kids love swimming in it and the temperature is always just right. We also really enjoyed Holo Holo Grill - we typically get poke for lunch and our favorite poke place closed since our last trip a few years ago. We tried the poke bowl at Holo Holo Grill and were impresssed with the quality and flavor. Overall, a great stay at Koloa Landing and are excited to come back and visit again.

Justine and Jordan are so friendly at the towel shack we feel welcome when we are at Koloa landing and Kevin the security person is always on top of issues if they come up. You will not be disappointed staying here the pool and grounds are amazing. Top pool in USA 6 years in a row and Holo Holo bar any restaurant top notch Dustin the bar tender and Lamar are awesome Mahalo to all the crew

We return and return again to this wonderful property. Warm weather, warm team members, and comfortable accommodations. What more can you ask for? Award winning pools! A wonderful stay, as always.

Fantastic stay at Kaloa landing! The staff is great, rooms are spacious and clean, pools are perfect. We will definitely be back.
