Nikki has been the best bar tender we have ever had. Very friendly and personable. Such a lovely individual especially what she has been through with Hurricane Lowell. Also Kent was very helpful at check in. Infact the whole staff was amazing

This was the best experience we have had at a hotel. From the check out to dealing with the upcoming hurricane was superb. Malia is the best person we have encountered at a hotel. She is top notch. I would recommend this facility to anybody and everybody going to Kauai.

Beautiful resort, amazing pool and very nice tools. Lots of good restaurants nearby. And best of all…it’s on Kauai

First of all the pool stole the show for us! My 8 y/o loved it and the atmosphere at the pool was unmatched. Other resorts we’ve stayed at don’t let kids be kids, but my son was free to explore the pool and play. Service at the pool was great as well! The room was awesome and our housekeeping staff were so kind! The front desk staff was very helpful when we had to navigate the hurricane and cancellations. Thank you so much! We’ll be back!

Overall we had an amazing experience. This was our second time staying at the resort. Koloa Landing is definitely the place we will always stay at. We’ve stayed all over the island and you just can’t beat the value and experience they offer. The one gripe I have for this trip is the mattresses we had in our 2 bedroom villa were unacceptable. Either they’ve been beaten to hell or they’re the original mattresses from when they opened the resort. They are so worn out and lumpy. Felt like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. Hopefully they’ll see this review and revamp the mattresses.
