Kiahuna Plantation Resort grounds are incredibly beautiful, and there are several beaches out in front of the resort and within easy walking distance. We loved seeing the turtles at nearby Poipu Beach! Employees at check in were warm and welcoming. Although our room was definitely in need of updating with new carpet, tile and furniture, it was clean and quite comfortable, with lots of drawer storage and a large closet. The kitchen in our unit was fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and the ocean view from our balcony was fantastic. Family next door was loud and boisterous, which was somewhat bothersome at times since instead of windows, there are only louvres for privacy and screens. Other than that, it was quiet and lovely with all the birds singing. We loved all the fresh air flowing through all the time. If you are a bird lover, this resort is absolutely for you. They sing 24-7. And the roosters do their rooster thing. We booked this resort through Costco and feel it was a fair value for what we paid. There are many great restaurants, a couple of coffee shops, and a convenience store all within easy walking distance.

We really enjoyed staying here. It had a nice balcony, kitchen, etc. We were able to catch some tuna and cook it up there. We also used the community grills in the park area. The beach was great there too.

The Plantation Resort was wonderful, I highly recommend it. It was clean, close to the beach and very relaxing. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was great. I would love to go back.

Please Update Your Website !! The location is nice enough- really clean and lush and beautiful. The listing on Priceline is incorrect! There is no swimming pool on site. The pool is across the street in an Athletic club. There is no restaurant. It’s been closed since COVID. 5 years!! The add on cleaning fee of $250 + tax= $377 is outrageous. My booking on Priceline said the price included all Taxes and fees. The resort charged an additional $377. Non-negotiable. Also. No AC in our unit.

We had the pleasure of staying here for the first time recently and our VRBO host was amazing. Darin came to our aid and found us another unit for 3 nights after we canceled our trip to the North Shore because hurricane Kiko was on approach. Number 50 was rented through VRBO and then we move to another unit number 172. He owns both units and they were amazing !! Everything you could think of was supplied and we are already planning our trip back to stay in either unit. My wife and I are seasoned Hawaii travelers and we would highly recommend both of these units.
