Great room and space especially for it our large family! Nice to have shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower too. Loved the delicious breakfast. There was a little something for each picky eater in our crew! The fresh hot food was great to enjoy before a long day in the park. Thank you for your wonderful care! Also, I had to order a last minute item from Amazon and had it delivered to the front desk and was able to pick it up so easily.

Was really impressed with the Team under Lucy All working together in harmony serving breakfast !!! It made our breakfast experience delightful - it set the tone for the rest of our day , everyday!!! Go Team Lucy ????????????

When our family visits Disneyland. We always stay at the Clementine however, this visit was not what we expected. First of all, we booked ahead for a loft suite and arrived to find the pool and hot tub were shut down for remodeling. We were not we were not contacted about this closure ahead of time. No email was sent and nothing on the website indicated there was a closure. Once we were in the hotel we found out that they had no shuttle service to Disneyland which was also advertised on their website and in their pamphlets. So we ended up having to walk to Disneyland each day we were there. All of the surrounding hotels had shuttle service but this one decided not to even though their advertisement and pamphlets said that they had it when we booked the hotel. Very upsetting. Then I went to the office to check out and asked for the manager. Told her of my concerns and the issues about the false advertising and all she had to say was I'm sorry I told her we would probably not be coming back to this hotel because of these issues and that that we weren't informed prior to coming and she said okay as I was leaving the boy next to her said good and she started laughing and The manager started laughing right alongside him. Needless to say this is not going to be our regular stop anymore

The rooms were very spacious and perfect for families. The distance to Disney is perfect, just a 15 minute walk away. The breakfast was really wonderful. Mario was very attentive to all our needs at breakfast! We had a great stay.

We stayed here one night only, but the experience was great. We were able to check in over 4 hours early, room was spacious for 4 adults and a/c worked great. Breakfast was really good too, Ricardo was very friendly and kept the dining room tidy and clean. For the price this hotel is by far the best this close to Disneyland.
