Comfy beds, a big pool, and great breakfast service!! Big shout out to a fantastic cast member by the name of MARIO!!! Waahooooo!!!! He was the best!! They have 5 or six waffle makers to go with the comprehensive breakfast every morning, and fresh delicious coffee all day.

Comfortable in everyway. STAFF outstanding, they really are hospitality specialists. breakfast buffet is the bomb. Short walk to resturants and Disney land. Quiet and peaceful location. The complex is well maintained and even the housekeeping staff are quite pleasant. We rented the loft room.
Love the Loft!

I would highly recommend the Clementine Hotel! We booked the "Bi-Level Loft" suite for four adults, so that two could stay in the bedroom downstairs and two in the loft upstairs. We loved that each group had their own space, including their own bathroom. We also really appreciated the kitchen, as it saved us a lot of money at the theme parks. The staff were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable — one staff member at breakfast even gave us a funny idea of what to ask Ariel when we met her! The 15-minute walk to Disneyland was quiet and safe.
Great place to stay for families!

The Clementine is a great place to stay for families! The rooms are very comfortable and it was so nice to have the kitchens to prep lunches for the parks. Less than a 15 min walk to Disney and California Adventure parks. The breakfast offered each morning was amazing and it wasn’t frowned upon to take a few snacks with you. Special shout out to Mario who was working each morning at the buffet. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
Great employees, but mid hotel

The workers at breakfast were some of your best staff. They were all very friendly and fun to talk to. Mario was by far our favorite employee as we chatted during breakfast as he checked in on people. The people at the front desk were also friendly and accomadating as we brought up a few issues with our room to them. The issues I'd like to bring to light were: the room we stayed in was too small for 4 adults. On the booking it said for 4 adults, however the kitchen had 2 or 3 of almost everything: 3 cups, 3 bowls, 2 spoons, 2 forks the only things there were 4 of was plates and knives. There were no pans to use to cook just pots. We picked a hotel with a kitchen so we could make dinners/ breakfasts for ourselves. The booking didn't tell us there would be breakfasts included which on one hand was a nice surprise, but on the other we had brought food with us. Food that we couldn't cook without a pan. There was a dog toy left in our room at the foot of one of the beds when we first arrived. We did not have a dog with us. It stayed there for multiple days of our stay as we did not want to touch it. Later in the week we returned to the room to find the toy had not been thrown away, but just tossed outside our front door. The soap had not been replaced between guests as we found we were out of body wash on our second day of our stay. I'd like to reiterate that the front staff was able to accommodate us pretty quickly and gave us more silverware and replaced our soaps. However, I think it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place as the booking listed 4 adults and I think thats a huge oversight. Staff was always kind and accommodating to us and that is the only reason I have given this hotel a higher star rating.
