Mario was amazing. He greeted us with a smile every morning and made sure we had everything we needed.
housekeeping stole items left behind

I left my makeup bag in the hotel room, I called right after checking out and they’re telling me it wasn’t there. it was full of expensive makeup so I know housekeeping stole it. I know for a fact it was left in the bathroom.

Amazing stay for us New Zealand Kiwis! We have stayed here before and both times we have absolutely enjoyed our stay. The bi-loft accommodation was exactly what we needed for our staycation. It had everything we needed. Our stay was comfortable, safe, clean, loved the pool, free parking too and the whole place had that home away from home feel to it. Shout out to Mario who always greeted us at breakfast every morning along with a smile. This always made our day and also the other staff members who we're helpful when we needed some local knowledge, very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely return again. Thanks Clementine Hotel & Suites Anaheim for a fabulous stay!
