Spent my friends 30th birthday here and we had such a fabulous time! Rooms are super spacious with great views of the water. Everything is super walkable to the hotel which is great. Treehouse their rooftop bar was a great vibe and made amazing espresso martinis. And at check out we had breakfast at Lorea which was so yummy! The hotel staff knew we were celebrating a birthday and made my friend feel so special with amenities in the room and at the pool. Special shout out to Timothy who greeted us with a warm welcome when we came to the hotel, Kami who assisted with check in and Eli, Miguel, and Jesus who were at the restaurants. All of them made such great gestures to the birthday girl to ensure we had a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Spent my birthday last week at Pasèa for a few days with friends and had the best time! We had a very clean and spacious room with ocean view. And there was a bottle of champagne when we walked in to start the celebration! We enjoyed the sun and some margaritas by the pool, our servers were very attentive and always made sure we had all that we needed! All of the hotel staff made us feel so special! Kami assisted us at check in, Timothy greeted us on day 1 and checked on us our whole stay! Prime location, we were able to walk everywhere. Treehouse their rooftop bar, had a great ambiance and made amazing cocktails, our favorite was the espresso martinis. Johnny the bartender was very attentive and Miguel made sure to check on us as well. Right after checkout we grabbed some breakfast at Lorea where we were greeted warmly by Eli and server Jesus M. The service was great and food was delicious. Couldn’t have spent a better birthday week ?? We will definitely be coming back!

Front desk Rose was helpful and very accommodating I truly appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond for our stay. I asked for a late check out but there seemed to be no communication between housekeeping and front desk we were interrupted I’d say 2-3 times coming back from the spa that morning to pack by housekeeping. Also at the Spa for the couple’s massage we were charged 500$ including 20% gratuity to our masseuses. If I would’ve known the price prior I would have used that money towards an extra night at the Pasea instead of the spa. I’ve had way better massage experiences and it also felt rushed and painful at times. I’m just not one to say something in the moment but I am one to write a review.

Everyone was super professional and kind. I had just packed up my house and I was a hot, sweaty mess toting bags upon bags and two pups and they were really nice and helpful. However the stand-out employee was Jesus Gomez who went over and above to help me with a problem I had experienced. Thank you to Jesus and to Pasea!

The full ocean view we got in room 422 was only a partial ocean view. When standing in the room looking out, we could only see a roof. To see the ocean, we had to step out on the balcony and look to the left. Very disappointing for what is classified as a full ocean view room. Also, we stayed August 17th & 18th. Saturday was so busy, we were not able to get 2 chairs together by the pool unless we were willing to rent a covered cabana. I wanted to enjoy being in the sunshine. The chairs lining each side of the pool are double padded loungers and they are rental only. These were all reserved and not available either. Sunday, we waited in a sitting area just outside the pool and waited about an hour for 2 chairs to come available. It's unfortunate to stay at a hotel with a nice pool for a weekend, and have it be so hard to get chairs to enjoy it. We did really like the Lorea restaurant. Creative chef, great service and yummy food.
