TripAdvisor Traveler Rating

This was my first time to Los Cabos and first stay at Tesoro. The hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are comfortable and the view is incredible, especially at sunrise. We were on the marina side and everything quiets down by 10:00 pm. We had a wonderful time and the staff were amazing. We booked the all inclusive and were pleased with the food and service. The breakfast buffet at Vista Roof was good quality with fresh fruit, juice and made to order eggs every day along with many other options. Staff was attentive and made sue we had what we needed. At the Skypool you could get endless drinks and snack/lunch options. Israel, Alfredo and the other staff were diligent in making sure everyone was kept fed and hydrated. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our favourite spot was the Light House Restaurant for a la carte breakfast and dinner. We adored our server Daniel and he along with servers Erick and Brayan; chefs Angel and Josefina and their Capitan Adal made the experience even better. The Dinamite Shrimp was so good we ordered it almost every day. They also had a variety of other seafood and fresh fish options along with standard salads and burger. My only complaints were that I wish there were more Mexican cuisine options available but the hotel is close to dozens of restaurants so we were able to meet our cravings a couple of nights at local restaurants. The other issue was that we were told Vista Roof Restaurant would be a la carte for lunch and dinner but it was buffet the week were there. If you are looking for a slightly quieter location with a bit of an older crowd then this would be a good option for you. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Hotel was amazing probably a little dated but very very clean clean staff was the friendliest in all of Mexico and even though our booking gave us adifferent outline of the experience, we were kind of downgraded in that aspect, but still it didn’t matter as the staff made up for any downfalls we were feeling, and it was amazing

Blanka and Gaby have us a wonderful couples Swedish massage, it was SO relaxing and definitely a treat for those tight back muscles! The location was perfect, just downstairs from our room at the Tesoro. Soothing music throughout and very comfortable and clean facilities. We have already booked our return visit!

Charged my credit card $ 65 for pillows. AFTER I CHECKED OUT AND LEFT That supposedly I took, I put them in the closet. It was just me in the room and I didn’t need 6 pillows on the bed. Credit card co wouldn’t reverse charge because of something I signed when checking in hotel

Pavel who works at the Bell desk was very helpful and informative. This is our first day but so far everything has been great.
