The hotel is clean and safe, right on the marina and close to any activities you would want, without needing a taxi. Jorge ( concierge), and Lilian and Miriam ( front desk) were helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again. The only downside for us was the loud music until 2 a.m. on the weekend. T h e weekdays were quiet and peaceful.

We regret to say that this will likely be our last stay at Hotel Tesoro Los Cabos. We chose to return because we genuinely enjoy the property location and wanted to give it another opportunity, despite a previous experience we had shared in an earlier review. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations. We encountered an issue with our reservation through a third-party booking platform. While we understand that such matters may not be directly the hotel’s responsibility, the way the situation was handled by staff is something the hotel should carefully address. One of the front desk agents (male) responded to our concerns in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional. During our interaction, he appeared to smirk and made a sarcastic remark saying “well there’s the other room if you want to use it” despite the fact that we (Husband and I) were traveling with our 7-month-old twins. Under those circumstances, his response felt insensitive and lacking in empathy. Additionally, we experienced cleanliness concerns in our room, including the presence of small roaches and other insects. While we cannot confirm the nature of all the bugs observed, it was certainly unsettling. Will be sharing photos and videos It is truly disappointing, as this is a hotel we have genuinely enjoyed in the past. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in improving both staff training and room maintenance, as the property has great potential to provide a much better guest experience.

Great restaurant with attentive service

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Tesoro again this year. Israel was our go-to guy for service at the pool along with his team of Fidel, Alfredo, and Jaime. We always have a great time having some drinks and snacks at the pool. Room is always clean and well maintained, Dan’s location is excellent for great dinner and drinks!

We had an amazing stay at Tesoro! The location along the marina is central to everything and the view is beautiful. We spent a few days at the pool, the drinks were great and we had the best service from Israel, Alfredo, Fidel and Jaime!! We can’t wait to come back.
