We stayed for a week here and had a great time. The breakfast buffet was great, good selection and the omelette were my favorite. One of the things that stood out to us to the most was the service by the pool. The team of Fidel, Jaime, Alfredo and Israel were incredible, if you see these guys are working it elevates your experience because the service you will get is incredible. I would come back based on them alone!

Extreme value for room plus food and our boys took care of us! Alfredo, Jamie, Fidel and Israel need a raise asap ???? especially Israel!

Amazing staff and super clean. We had a lovely time. Our room was available early. The food was amazing and the pool is nice and best thing they have a functioning hot tub. We even got a free room upgrade.

My wife and I came for vacation and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We spent a lot of time at the pool and were very well treated by Jaime and Israel. All the staff were very nice and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We booked a day pass to the resort while on a cruise. Once we arrived, check-in became a real challenge. There was no one at the front desk. The hotel staff we were able to locate (security, register, poolside) were unable to speak/read English, so we were in limbo for quite some time. Once checked in, we spent our time at the pool. The on-line pictures are deceiving. The resort is showing its age. We were offered drinks, but there was no lunch buffet. We ordered our own food, but after waiting an hour with no explanation on the delay, we left unfed. While the resort offered a $60/person food & drink voucher, we forfeited most of that since we could not get food.
