Everything was good but the end and that’s why I give you guys a two star! A service person went inside my room without my concent..didn’t even knock and without reason!!!! the next day on check out told the clerk who told the “manager” and still no reason was given to why at 9:30pm that service lady went in my room with out knocking! Was she there to steal?! That is my thought. They were too lazy to check the key pad! Manager sucked at her job found out nothing so why did I waist my breath..Never going back!

weekend stay , the parking and getting to the hotel is a bit long and rocky ... but the check in was easy and fast ... the check out was the best .. the food was amazing and drinks where great.. the only thing they need in late night activities for guest but all was great ..

Great views the pool area is great. The food was ok the room has a smell to it like old building smell needs updates for sure. The tub had stains very old. It is a huge hotel for walks. Good drinks…..

The lobby smelled bad when we walked in to check in. They used old mop water. The check in agent was not very helpful and had me wait till 1pm for a check in. Then on the last day they refused to bring me water to the room because I was checking out that day. So I said I paid all inclusive and get water refused to me and my family. Wow! Definitely will not be recommending or returning

I went with my sister and daughter and had a great time, I wish we could have stayed longer. It is a comfotable place, everyone is very friendly and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend it.
