Great Vacation

It was an awesome trip going to Las Hadas. They had an all inclusive option on food and drinks. The beach was beautiful and it was great getting into the pool too. We also enjoyed the daily activities at the hotel. We thank the staff and kudos to the hotel porters: Ulises, Juan, and Alejandro for their services.

Very nice, great location

Dry nice resort, great location close to the marina, two great restaurants part of the resort with a reservation, Javier will take good care of you by the pool with not only great service but lots of knowledge of the area, he made our stay that much better at this great hotel.

Nice property, but not worth cost

The property is nice and beach is great. However, considering it's an expensive place to stay, and you can't drink the water...they give you 1 regular size bottle of water and expect you to pay for more!! Same goes for the scrappy little coffee pods which give you less than half a cup of coffee. If you dare ask for extra pods, you have to pay. Pretty crappie nickel and diming considering it's not cheap to stay.

Older but charming property continues to improve and delight

Las Hadas continues to be our go-to Thanksgivng week vacation destination. Yes, it is an older property. Yes, things aren't shiny and new. But what it lacks in modernization it more than makes up for in charm and overall value. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are adequate, although the hot water issue (some or the rooms we have had did not have hot water or it took extremely long to get hot) continues to persist. Another quirk is the disconnect between what is booked on Orbitz and what is assigned at check-in. We have been coming here for three years and every year is confusing. I will mention here that the check in staff did a great job of explaining the amenities and hours of operations of the restaurants. Another bonus is the conversion to a 24-hour policy for the gym. The multi-cable machine is in need of repair though as is one of the treadmills (the platform doesn't move up or down). Even with all this, this is a great place if you don't mind hanging out with families for the week. Enjoy your stay!

Poor experience

Such a poor experience this time. Asked a worker and said that it was because they had gotten new management. The food quality has gone down. The food portions got smaller. The workers were rude;it was rare for us to find a kind worker.
