The only positive part of our stay was the valet/customer service staff in the valet area. Ulises and a few others were genuinely kind, helpful, and respectful. They were the nicest people we interacted with during our stay. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing. Reception / Front Desk: We were overcharged, and even after explaining that the charges were incorrect, the reception staff gave us no option but to pay. There was no effort to resolve the issue or explain the charges clearly. My husband, who was already on the original reservation, arrived at 12:00 a.m., when everything was closed, and they still charged him over 1,000 pesos just to enter. I did not agree with this charge, but I paid to avoid making a scene. This was unacceptable. Food & Restaurants: The food quality and hygiene were very concerning. At the taco bar, the food was gross. We saw the taco lady wipe her sweat and then touch the tortillas without washing her hands. At the seafood (mariscos) restaurant, the woman seating guests was extremely rude and treated us poorly. Her behavior felt discriminatory, and she was unprofessional and dismissive. Thankfully, another male staff member stepped in, treated us with kindness, and actually helped us. His service was excellent, and we gave him a very generous tip because of how well he handled the situation. At another restaurant, we witnessed staff touching their faces and then preparing food without proper hygiene, which was very disturbing. Pool Area: The kids’ pool was dirty, and my son cut his feet on the rocks. I called security over 10 times and also spoke to customer service staff walking around. No one ever came. I had to take my son elsewhere so someone could look at his feet. Customer Service / Management: This was the biggest disappointment. We were charged for things we did not eat, drink, or consume, even after already paying for two additional guests who only joined us at the pool. The roaming customer service staff/manager were not helpful and felt dishonest. Overall, this hotel is a huge rip-off. They overcharge, provide poor service, and ignore serious concerns, including children’s safety. Aside from the valet staff, I do not recommend this hotel. Lo único positivo de nuestra estancia fue el personal de valet / servicio al cliente en el área de valet. Ulises y algunos otros fueron muy amables, atentos y respetuosos. Fueron las mejores personas con las que tratamos durante toda la estancia. Lamentablemente, todo lo demás fue una gran decepción. Recepción / Front Desk: Nos cobraron de más, y aun después de explicar que los cargos eran incorrectos, el personal de recepción no nos dio ninguna opción y nos obligó a pagar. No intentaron resolver el problema ni explicar los cargos claramente. Mi esposo, que ya estaba incluido en la reservación original, llegó alrededor de las 12:00 a.m., cuando todo estaba cerrado, y aun así le cobraron más de 1,000 pesos solo para entrar. No estuve de acuerdo con ese cobro, pero pagué para evitar un problema. Fue inaceptable. Restaurantes / Comida: La calidad de la comida y la higiene fueron muy preocupantes. En la taquería, la comida estaba horrible. Vimos a la señora que preparaba los tacos limpiarse el sudor y luego tocar las tortillas sin lavarse las manos. En el restaurante de mariscos, la mujer que estaba sentando a las personas fue extremadamente grosera y nos trató muy mal. Su actitud se sintió discriminatoria, poco profesional y nada amable. Afortunadamente, otro mesero (un hombre) intervino, nos atendió con respeto y nos ayudó correctamente. Su servicio fue excelente y le dimos una propina muy grande por su buena atención. En otro restaurante, vimos al personal tocarse la cara y luego preparar la comida sin ninguna higiene adecuada, lo cual fue muy desagradable. Área de albercas: La alberca de niños estaba sucia, y mi hijo se cortó los pies con las piedras. Llamé a seguridad más de 10 veces y también hablé con personal de servicio al cliente que caminaba por el hotel. Nadie llegó a ayudarnos. Tuve que llevar a mi hijo a otro lugar para que revisaran sus pies. Servicio al cliente / Gerencia: Esta fue la mayor decepción. Nos cobraron cosas que no comimos, no bebimos ni consumimos, aun después de haber pagado por dos personas adicionales que solo estuvieron con nosotros en la alberca. El personal de servicio al cliente/gerencia no fue honesto ni resolutivo. En general, este hotel es un abuso y una estafa. Cobran de más, el servicio es pésimo y no les importan las quejas ni la seguridad de los huéspedes, ni siquiera cuando se trata de niños. Fuera del personal de valet, no recomiendo este hotel.
No relaxing at Las Hadas!

Oh my gawd. This property doesn't seem to give a damn about its guests. So incredibly noisy...including (if you can believe it) a blaring gas powered blower that they use between 9:30-10:00 pm.... Imagine, sitting in your hotel room and having to compete with a blower at night. What part of this does management think is okay? This hotel also caters more to noisy weddings than guests. If you want a relaxing stay in Manzanillo...you won't find it here.
