We departed from Mont-Tremblant yesterday. From room service to the dining staff, everyone was very friendly, and Juliet at the front desk, in particular, was outstanding. It was evident that she was genuinely dedicated to meeting the customers' needs. The establishment was efficiently run, and its location was the best. All four members of our family had a delightful time during our stay.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay for Christmas in a 1 bedroom suite. I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept and comfortable our unit was since I had read many reviews saying rooms were outdated. Again room was very comfortable, clean and updated beautifully! Free breakfast was ok, but a very convenient option. Location in my opinion is best in entire pedestrian village. Main village square on one side and the mountain on the other. My one complaint was that upon check in we asked about rooms with a Mountain View, whether for our stay at the time or a future one and were told the hotel does not offer views of the mountain when clearly they do. We were rushed into “you take the room assigned for you or Leave” kind of response. We are high tier Hilton honors members, it was a very special birthday celebration and we would’ve gladly payed for an upgrade if we had an option to do so. Aside from that rushed check in experience I would say it was a very good and comfortable stay.

Beautiful location and excellent service. We loved the hotel and the service that Jeanne (front desk) gave us. Thank you for everything you did for us! The room was amazing and comfortable with a view to the village.
Good location but no recognition of Hilton status

This hotel has good location of ski in and ski out. So we came back second time for the ski season. But we were disappointed at check in process. There was zero recognition of our diamond status. We did not receive any benefit at this hotel. When we asked for room upgrade, the check in lady did not even bother to look into it, just gave us the old excuse that hotel was fully booked. When we showed that still a few room categories are available to book on the hilton app, we were told the app has system errors. We see no point to stick to Hilton loyalty. Next time, we will give a try of other ski in and ski out hotels in this area.
Shabby and dingy

This is the dingiest hotel we have stayed in. The whole hotel needs updating, refurbishing, painting, new furniture etc. The queen bed was an even smaller double bed-very soft and uncomfortable. The living room area had a hideous fireplace which you had to buy the logs for-thereby adding to the already extortionate price of the room! The breakfast was one of the poorest with uncleared and unclean tables. We would never stay here again nor recommend it.
