Our stay at the Homewood Suites Tremblant recently, was great. The hotel is in a great location at the base of the mountain, close to all the activities and many restaurants. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were told when we arrived that we had received a room upgrade to a two bedroom loft with a great view. The room was indeed lovely, clean and spacious with 1 bedroom in a loft above the kitchen and 1 downstairs. There was also a full kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with fireplace, as well as a large bathroom with tub/shower and sink, and toilet and another sink in separate area with pocket door. The toilet area could also be accessed from the entrance to the room. The hotel is definitely older, but we found it was in good condition and was kept clean. Getting to your room can be tricky however, as the hotel is built on levels, and you need to use stairs to get to the room. The only thing we would have liked is a king sized bed with a better mattress. The daily breakfast was served buffet style and had plenty of options including cereal, yoghurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, english muffins, and tortillas in case you wanted a breakfast wrap. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was very crowded with lots of families. They definitely need a few more loungers or places to sit. Some upgrading in this area would be nice. They did have a lifeguard on duty, which was good, especially with the younger kids. All in all a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend.

Great location, but showing its age We stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant Resort for 2 nights and overall had a good experience, with a few things worth knowing before you book. The good: The location is excellent — right in the heart of everything, with the lifts just a short walk away (under 5 minutes). Underground parking is available and felt safe and secure. We had a loft room, which was very spacious with a full kitchen that had all the supplies we needed. The pool area has a great feature — a very large hot tub that fits the whole family comfortably. Housekeeping and the lobby staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and a real highlight of the stay. The less good: The property is starting to show its age and could use a refurbishment. As one example, the tiles around the pool weren't free of grime, and the towels provided, while clean, were noticeably worn. The beds also felt like they're nearing the end of their lifespan. Breakfast itself was good, with a solid range of options, though it would be nice to see more rotation over a longer stay. The breakfast area is on the small side, though, and can get overcrowded quickly during busier times. Bottom line: Unbeatable location and a great layout for families, but the hotel would benefit from some updating — both to the rooms and pool area, and to the breakfast space — to match the quality of the setting.

This hotel is falling apart slowly. Everything is worn and torn. Not Hilton standards. The breakfast room is small and gets crowded. People elbow you to pick up their food. It is probably the worst hotel in the Tremblant resort. Our room was big but everything was drab and used. The entire property needs renovations urgently, begining with the floors, the luggage cart, the furniture, etc. Certainly not Homewood Suites standard but rather like a motel with free breakfast.

We had a great stay at the Homewood Suites. The location can’t be beat, and we found our suite very comfortable in every way – bed, pillows, sofa, chair. Also great full kitchen and view overlooking the mountain. Modern, clean and well-maintained. Wonderful hot breakfast provided which we took full advantage of. The hot tub is lovely, although finding it for the first time is a trick, and it would be nice if the hotel provided robes, as is common at other hotels. Another suggestion would be to add some locally baked Quebec pastries to the menu.

Really liked the breakfast, great fresh selection, clean and well attended. The entire hotel is clean and feels fresh, and built for skiers (in and out from lift to lobby). Just a perfect stay
