Let me begin with the not so good first. It is important for people to understand that there are no elevators in the guest buildings. If you are assigned and Upper Floor you will be carrying everything up sets of stairs. The resort is also fairly large and sprawling so yout building may be far away from the Skyliner station or the main pool area of Old Port Royale. If you are in the Aruba section the Riviera Skyliner station will be significantly closer to you than the Caribbean Beach Skyliner station. Both Skyliner stations are significantly distance away from Old Port Royale. When is Skyliner is running there is no bus service to Hollywood Studios or Epcot because Disney assumes that you will use the Skyliner. If for whatever reason you cannot use the Skyliner then you must either use a private vehicle a minivan or take a bus to the ticket and Transportation Center and get the monorail or bus to another Park from there. If the Skyliner is not running for whatever reason then there will be bus service to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Okay so now the good. This is a lovely moderate Resort with well-appointed, beautiful rooms. It is older and it is showing its age, but everything worked and the room was perfectly comfortable. Housekeeping service is every other day. Food options in the food court and grab-and-go were reasonably priced for Disney. We did not eat at Sebastian's Bistro so I cannot give a first-hand account of the food there. Having the Skyliner was very convenient for going to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. All in all I would recommend this moderately priced family-friendly Resort to anyone who wants the magic of Disney the huge price and the convenience of the Skyliner.

The rooms in this place are cramped and non luxurious to say the least. It’s really a motel. Instead of a 2 queen bed room we got one double bed. No one told us the other bed was a murphy hiding in the wall. We had to drive to the front desk and wait on a line to see someone. This took at least 30-45 minutes. And no “sit down and be served” restaurant on site that we could find. NEVER AGAIN.

We have been to Disney a lot over the years and lately Caribbean Beach has been our go to resort. Mostly because of the Skyliner as the rooms and shade over at Riverside are nicer. Having said that, we love the food court (really good fish tacos), the Coke Freestyle machines in each section, the landscaping and the quiet pools. The rooms are clean and we have no complaints except that we wish Disney would go back to daily housekeeping. Trash and towels every other day with a full clean on day 4 just doesn't seem like enough. It's always a treat to come back to a clean room with a made bed, and we definitely miss that perk. Lines for the Skyliner can be nuts at park open and close, but they move it efficiently. You will be seated with strangers during those times, but for the most part everyone is very friendly. We were happy to see that there are now hand soap pump dispensers in the rooms vs the slimy bar that makes a huge mess. The water pressure was high on this last trip, which is great as my hair is very long and thick. We will be back here for sure!

Have been to Disney several times. Stayed at a variety of resorts. This was by far the worst we stayed at. The food court was awful. Good Selection Poor. Quick serve place was also poor with a very small selection. First resort we stayed out that the cast members did not bend over backwards to make your stay exceptional. Many were rude or just appeared lazy. Pool only had one f sad life open. Pool appears large but it really is small once you get inside and see the actual size. Location was good. Skylines was great for Epcot and Hollywood. The resort just didn’t give you the wow Disney experience Rooms old very few of the outlets could even hold a charging plug I would recommend Art of Animation, Port Orleans , Carlatta Springs, if your military Shades of green over this resort. This resort is not worth the money it will cost you

Lovely location and the staff in the food area were awesome. Loved the sky liner. However we had some awful experiences with the room that didn't become apparent until.the end of the stay. The 1st was that we had been bitten by bed bugs and this was only identified when returned to the UK. The 2nd issue was the discusting state of the room. When we arrived it looked clean on the surface it was only when we went to pack to leave the horror became real. With dirt and other guests dirty close stuffed in the back of draws and under the beds. We have photos. We complained when we got back home. But Walt Disney resorts thi k this is acceptable and won't do anything about it. We are currently going through ABTA . But very disappointed that our 10k holiday ended like it did. They said they would test the room for bed bugs. However this was only done 2 weeks ago so many weeks after we returned home. The customer service staff realy couldn't have cared less
