Dirty Hotel. Unhelpful Staff.

Just returned from our 2 week holiday here. Dirty Hotel, Room only cleaned twice, spelt so musky A couple were here with their dog (not a service dog) which had a wee in the lift, they just walked away and left it. I reported it to the women on the reception desk who just seemed to think I was making a fuss . Very lack of hygiene everywhere. Cold Coffee Pots left out after breakfast just Hot water and Tea Bags to help yourself for the rest of the day. Location was good opposite Old Town. Very Limited Free Shuttles to Disney . $5 to go to Universal. Staff on reception Very unhelpful. Ended up having breakfast at IHop most of our stay, as the choice was very repetitive for a 2 week stay. Lots of other accommodation in this area for a cleaner more helpful stay.
Avoid if you value a good night sleep

Avoid if you want to breathe. Rooms are stinky (like bad feet odor). Breakfast is average, closer to low quality. Sofa bed is the worst bed you can get, the mattress is very bad quality and not firm at all. Mold in the toilet and under the sink. No good housekeeping; they took our towels, didn't put new ones, and left the room still stinky multiple times. No body soap. Not enough towels at the pool.
Decent hotel by Disney

The room and facilities at this hotel were very nice and clean. The breakfast is not good and mainly carbs, sugary yogurt and pastries, and powdered eggs. Pool and hot tub were great and pool was heated. Elevator was a fiasco. Took a very long time so ask for a lower floor and use the stairs. Bring noise cancelling headphones. Our room was above the bar and you could hear the music.
If you can avoid do not stay here

This place is a dump. By far the worst rundown hotel I have ever been to. The room was in desperate need of an upgrade. There was hairs on the bed and sand in the pullout couch and it smells damp.
UNcomfortable Suites

I'm shocked at the amount of positive reviews of this place honestly, especially relative to the price. I started with low expectations and the hotel mostly met those. I'll start with the molasses-like speed of the single elevator that worked. You had to add 10 minutes to your travel time or take the stairs-which I did to/from the 7th floor many times. The room was run down at best, worn carpet clearly gross, and we didn't touch the couch due to questionable residue. The sheets on the bed are sandpaper-like, you can't move without waking everyone. The bathroom was grimy, had no sink stops, and the shower curtain rod is falling from the wall. This lead to the shower curtain tilting towards only the middle section of the rod, covering approximately two feet of the bathtub. This lead to excess water on the floor after each of our family of four showered. The curtain was also nearly completely ripping from the hanger thingies. I always find it interesting when hotels don't have an exhaust fan to prevent the moisture buildup and mold on the ceiling. Breakfast was thought to be a good perk and the mickey waffles are fine-but you can tell they buy the cheapest products available for everything else i.e. sausage, eggs, pastries, etc. I don't expect fine dining but the food was mostly unappetizing outside of waffles that really can't be messed up. I will say the pool was much bigger than I expected, water temperature was good, and our girls had no complaints. Front desk staff were pleasant but any time we had a question, the person at the counter couldn't answer and told us to ask someone else working later in the day or the next morning. They just always seemed overwhelmed and unsure. If our team wasn't staying here in January, we would not have chosen the hotel initially. Ultimately our family checked out early and went to a Marriott location that is in better condition, better maintained, and $50 less a night.
