I have stayed at this hotel multiple time in the past. The first thing that greeted me this stay were signs showing the link to pay for parking. There was no other way to pay for this newly added charge except through their listed app. This seems like a "money grab" for extra income. It seems to be a backroom way to avoid the chain from seeing the charges. $10 per day adds up to just short of $12 per day with taxes and fees (even on handicap parking or Choice elite status levels).

Do you know those time when you arrive at a hotel and you know from the parking lot that you've made a mistake? This happened about a mile down the road before even getting to the parking lot. The area is a bit run down. There is an old carnival type amusement park across the street. The hotel is run down. It smells badly of mold. It needs a major renovation. I was there for a few days with my wife to go to Disneyworld and we're adults and can handle it, but I felt bad for all the families arriving with kids. The breakfast was a big Styrofoam plate mess. We've stayed in orlando plenty of times and there are a lot of really nice hotels that are basically exactly the same price, or pretty close. Avoid this place and spend $5 more a day to stay at Homewood Suites or something like that.

Parking is not free. $10+ tax. Signs are all over to pay by QR code.

Had a 4 night stay here and found it perfectly ok. Room was spacious and clean, there was loads of parking available and the pool area looked good. The local area was safe. Location wise, it's next to the old town so plenty of F&B options within walking distance and very easy to get to Disney and the I4 if you have a car. There are a few drawbacks - they now charge for parking, when I booked it was free, which they honoured thankfully. Also the breakfast was good tasting but had a lack of variety - very limited baked goods for example. At least when I completed the hotel survey with this feedback they came back to me on email to acknowledge the points. Let's see if anything comes of it. They also did not provide body wash in the bathroom, only 1 bar soap for washing hands only. I would happily stay here again if the price was right and it was for a couple of nights, factoring in that parking is now chargeable.

Just returned from our 2 week holiday here. Dirty Hotel, Room only cleaned twice, spelt so musky A couple were here with their dog (not a service dog) which had a wee in the lift, they just walked away and left it. I reported it to the women on the reception desk who just seemed to think I was making a fuss . Very lack of hygiene everywhere. Cold Coffee Pots left out after breakfast just Hot water and Tea Bags to help yourself for the rest of the day. Location was good opposite Old Town. Very Limited Free Shuttles to Disney . $5 to go to Universal. Staff on reception Very unhelpful. Ended up having breakfast at IHop most of our stay, as the choice was very repetitive for a 2 week stay. Lots of other accommodation in this area for a cleaner more helpful stay.
