I stayed at this hotel in October 2024 for 3 nights and had a mostly positive experience. The location is excellent — within walking distance of Old Town and just a short drive to nearby theme parks, making it very convenient for exploring. I appreciated the ample free parking with no extra taxes, which was a great bonus. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable stay. On the downside, while the breakfast was free, it was very basic and relied heavily on single-use plastic, which felt wasteful. I also requested a late check-out due to our late flight back to the UK but was disappointed that the hotel couldn’t accommodate this. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool because of bad weather, but it looked clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a good option for the location and value, with a few areas that could be improved.

We have stayed here for part of our holidays for 20 years. The location is great - opposite Old Town - and the hotel is bordering on luxurious. Very clean rooms, fully equipped and serviced. A very good choice for breakfast but not kept well topped up this time. Lovely pool area but sadly the pool is not now HEATED - a big no no for us.

Great Hotel to stay at. Very clean and exceptional employees always a welcome smile on their face. The pool area was great. Would stay here again in a heat beat. Breakfast was good lots of options. Downside only 2 elevators but would not let that deter us from staying here.

So I've stayed here before no issues they have become greedy and mean people! Especially the assistant gm ! I had 2 reservations one for my friends and one for me n my gf so both my reservations were under my mom and they refused to give my rooms my mom verified everything still THEY REFUSED!!!! now I've stayed here before and no issues !!! But today I was rudely confronted by assistant gm he was beyond rude not respectful ! He's like just have ur mom come down here I can't she has plans I still can't check you in yet he spoke to her on phone all is good yet he refused this place was great to customers now they are pushing away choice members and choice employees discounts this place is beyond terrible service I will be contacting corporate and make sure they settle this issue ! How do let money just walk out what a joke of a staff!!!

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff and breakfast can't be beat. Love love love that the heated pool and hot tub is open 24 hours. The location right by Old Town is amazing, best view around. We stayed on the 7th floor and could see everything - right down to the hot air balloon at Disney Springs and all the area fireworks. The staff is very accommodating. I miss this hotel every time I leave. The only complaint I have is the elevators - they are getting old and are so slow!
