Decent hotel but will not bring back family next time

Decent hotel but here is a breakdown of why I would never bring back my family.
+ When we checked out, our luggage was held for several hours
We were told they could hold it even for a day
+ Breakfast price was reasonable for all you can eat, and taxes + 14% service charge is already
included in the bill. You get your choice of juice, coffee, or water and can get your own breakfast
+ Overall friendly staff
+ Wi-fi was not working for few days and we were given access code when we mentioned it in the front desk
Mention it early on, after your first night. We were hardly at our hotel, so it was not that urgent for us.
+ Pretty much close to, if not all, most of the attractions (within 10-15 mins)
+ Hotel has a universal shuttle (we didn't use it). You need to go downstairs at 7am and make reservations
so that shuttle can take you to universal at 11a. Might as well leave early on your own.
Our criticisms is not for specific employees, housekeeper, or front-desk but mostly for management.
When we are back to Orlando, this is not the hotel I would ever come back to.
- I would have liked the employee helping us to ask for the other half of the tag to
make sure the luggages matched the tags. Someone else could have picked up our luggages.
They were not that busy when we were picking up our lugggaes, so not sure why employee was not
- Don't be fooled by the pictures. While the price might seem good enough, you are better off checking into another nearby hotel.
- Dirty and dusty room, especially the curtain. Outdated decor.
- We found a bug (a cricket?) inside one of the cups. Cup was covered in a sealed plastic of some sort. Next day, the bug had escaped.
I managed to catch it and put it with a label on a upside-down cup. I notified front-desk that very morning.
She thanked me and that was all. Worse was that we returned, our room was cleaned up (regular bedding, towels etc.), but the bug was not removed.
One night stay

I had a one night stay recently with my family at the Rosen Inn International. Before I address my concern I will like to say I emailed twice with no response before i decided to write this review.
There was a roach in the bathroom area by the sink immediately after we noticed I sent a communication letting the hotel management know and no response. We had to sleep with the bathroom lights just in case also because i wanted to be on alert.I emailed again after arriving back home and no response. This should really be looked into and should be taken care of. And a generic response doesn’t cut it as i see its a generic response for everyone who has complained.
