Fantastic hotel

Connor B on Jul 23, 2026

Just spent 14 absolutely fantastic night's at this hotel with my family of 4. I genuinely cannot praise it enough, from the moment we checked in (after a 9 hour flight and a 2 hour delay) we arrived at 10:30 local time. From the moment we arrived until the second we left we where treated like royalty, from the front of house staff, the bar staff all of them couldn't do enough for all of us. I have to give a special mention to Wendy at breakfast every morning, she made a bee line for my two sons every morning and asked about their previous day and what they where doing the current day. My youngest son got up every morning and asked about her first thing! Also the lady that worked in the bar i can't apologise enough for not remembering your name but the way you treated my son with such compassion and patience I will never forget it, thank you so much! Anyone with a younger family and what a fantastic hotel I would highly advise to stay at the rosen inn international, when we come back to orlando I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you all so much for making our 1st trip so special

Rosen inn international

Pros , it's on international drive that's it! When we first arrived and went to our room the smell of marijuana was so strong we asked to be moved to another room , I was very concerned about my son breathing it in all night. The rooms are extremely dated and very tired looking. We had 2 rooms and head to ask on multiple occasions to have the beds changed. The daily house keeping consisted of a roll of loo paper and clean towels , that's it everyday for 2 weeks unless you go to reception and ask for the bedding to be changed. We also had a tablet stolen from our room the day before we went home. Someone used a key card entered our room and stole the tablet while we out , we are absolutely sure the tablet was stolen on the Sunday, we used it on Saturday night and noticed it missing on the Monday morning . They have contacted us to say they have looked into it and drawn a blank. The tablet was turned off in the hotel car park on Sunday night at 12 38 when we were all in bed sleeping. I would be extremely worried about staying here again if persons can access you room and commit theft with no safety or security measures in place. I would not let any of my kids be alone when moving about the hotel or going to, or being in the room at any point on there own, or go to the room by themselves to get something without an adult with them. This is by a long margin the most outdated, poorly run housekeeping hotel I've ever stayed in. The reception staff are pleasant and accommodating, but that doesn't make up for the lack of housekeeping ,cleanliness, and the very alarming, and worrying fact that someone can I assume, use hotel access cards to enter your room steal your belongings and there is absolutely no repercussions , or customer support. Chose a hotel with proper security and safety for your kids and family. Disappointed doesn't even come close.

Pretty good just some things

Voyage48211277609 (Glasgow, United Kingdom) on Jul 14, 2026

The surrounding area is absolutely spotless. The maids made our bed once and didn’t ever vacuum our room. someone had a code brown in the other pool. the waiters in the breakfast buffet couldn't get you out faster. Other than that it was an alright experience. In conclusion the standards of this hotel have decreased significantly in the past few years but it’s still nice and affordable.

Great Hotel

Derek W on Jun 27, 2026

This hotel is excellent for location. Epic and Universal are approx 5-10 mins drive. Disney a bit longer and depending on the Disney park may take longer, however no more than 30 mins from hotel no matter which Disney park. The staff at this hotel are great. We requested a room in a certain location due to health requirements and despite the "we can not guarantee the room", when we arrived we were located in area of the hotel which met our needs perfectly. The cleaning staff at this hotel are excellent. There was one particular cleaning lady who used to change our beds every time and leave new towels etc but unfortunately I did not see her before leaving or she would have received a good tip as she was excellent. If you read this please accept my apologies as you deserved a good tip as you were friendly and your service was superb. On hindsight I should have asked your name and left tip at front reception. The staff at this hotel are excellent and we have stayed here many times over the years and never yet had a bad experience. My only gripe, is not with the hotel, however Magical Midway (Go Karts) and restaurants such as Perkins are not located nearby any more. This hotel used to be central for restaurants and yes there are still loads to pick from so don't worry, but these two for us suited our requirements for part of our stay either for eating or additional fun with family. Lastly, please note there is now a $50 charge for parking and a $50 deposit to pay upon arrival for any additional costs which you may incur. In summary - Please have no reservations about staying at this hotel as they are great. Never had a bad holiday in Orlando staying here

MANAGE YOU EXPECTATIONS IT IS LOW BUDGET HOTEL

Lee R on Jun 04, 2026

This hotel is rated 3 ??. I stayed here in may 26 for 9 days. You have to manage your expectations at this hotel . It's a big hotel. The rooms are tired and outdated. Bathroom is outdated but functional. In room facilities are microwave, fridge, teasmade, tv and hairdryer. AC in room. Breakfast is poor. I went B & B. But, not worth it. Buffet breakfast is poor quality. Staff are nice. But you are only allowed one cup of either apple or orange juice. You must pay extra for a second cup. The same with off menu extras like boiled or fried egg. Yep. You pay extra. A lot of disappointed faces to be seen at breakfast. Especially kids as no Nutella only jam or maple syrup. American style fried breakfast. Cereal. Very limited fruit. Waffles or pancake. No milk, Only if you have cereal. Pay extra for it in a glass. Pools are well heated. Clean. Lobby is nice. Good shop and bar. But that's it I'm afraid. Be advised that the hotel is right next to freeway and there is a massive construction site next door which is very noisy. If you want a cheap base on i drive. It's good. If you want luxury or even " nice" I would go elsewhere. The good points. Situated on i drive Wifi is good Pool is clean Good shop Bad points Very poor breakfast Noisy Location Old outdated rooms Some areas of hotel Very dirty Manage your expectations.
