Stay a couple times as we have friends with a place on the water so I can only comment on a few matters. But those we were very happy with: friendly and efficient staff - no matter at what time of the day. When we got there for our second stay, the recepionist remembered us - something that you rarely get these days. Just a nice gesture - makes you feel welcome. Suites are spacious - everything there you need, also for a longer or very long stay. Very well maintained, very clean. Free breakfast is basic but that was just fine for us as we were travelling for leisure and would cook with our friends later on anyhow. Enough parking outside - even when fullf for Spring break. Convenient location - just off I-95 betweeen Airport and Speedway - and yet very quiet. Will certainly go back later this year when we return to the region.

Excellent time at your hotel. The front desk was one of the major things that made a huge impact on us. Noah was amazing & such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. A great asset to have. Contrella was a chip off the block also with helpful, happy attitude & service. Kory was to nice & wonderful as well. They all made the hotel experience one of a kind & we will be back & send others. The upkeep at the hotel was up to standard as expected at the great Marriot & we thank you for all of it.

I stayed at this Residence Inn by Marriott with my aunt & my cousin. Non smoking Marriott policy was not in effect. Hotel allowed vaping in the common areas, including swimming pool area. Most Marriott hotels have smoking designated areas, which makes everyone happy. This was a true nightmare for us non smokers.

While the front desk and breakfast staff were truly excellent, this is not a good property. Housekeeping/maintenance are very poor. The carpet needs a deep clean and the exhaust vent in the shower was coated in gunk. Plus, the housekeeping staff seemed to be more interested in finishing their work quickly instead of well (i.e., one day a supervisor kept roaming the hall talking loudly on the phone/radio early in the morning seemingly to wake guests up and another day our room wasn’t cleaned because the staff claimed we had a privacy tag on our door when we did not). The food selection at breakfast was fairly limited each day (with pretty bad scrambled eggs) but the drink station was well stocked. We have not had good luck with the RI chain as a whole lately but this one was particularly bad.

while I appreciate the room , with a full size fridge, microwave, and all that goes with a kitchen, a separate seating area. this room could have been Alot cleaner! they charge you a $100 pet clean up fee, for what, from what I see, all nastiness is from the two legged animals! then there is NOOOO area for your dog to even relieve himself outside. By the time I got to the little 2x2 patch of grass behind the building, my dog had to pee on the hot concrete! what a ripoff!
