Good value for money. Walking distance to epic universe. Room was clean, quite basic but the hotel is a good base for universal with free shuttles and early access to the parks on certain days. Didn’t think much to the breakfast.

Overall, Stella Nova is an excellent value hotel and exceeded our expectations. Positives * Significantly cheaper than Universal’s Signature hotels while still offering a modern, clean and comfortable room. * For Epic Universe, the main difference compared with Helios is the lack of a private park entrance and an extra 5–10 minute walk, which we didn’t feel justified the extra cost. * Friendly and efficient check-in. * Good food options available. * Our room was non park facing but could see SeaWorld, giving us a great view of their evening fireworks. * Parking was cheaper than at the Signature hotels. * As a Value hotel, it doesn’t include benefits such as the private Epic entrance or Unlimited Express Passes. Overall, we’d happily stay here again. If you’re looking for a modern hotel close to Epic Universe without paying Signature hotel prices, Stella Nova is an excellent choice.

stayed here yesterday with my two girls, and Shayla at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free. She was incredibly kind and understanding?? It’s rare to come across someone who treats guests with such patience and empathy,Universal is lucky to have her on their team. Great value hotel to spend a few nights exploring Epic Universe. For the price- the expectations were met. There isn’t much to do other than pool time and park which is fine for no more than 3 days. The pool was nice and large and was the perfect reprieve. Check in was a breeze. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I liked the esthetics. The bathroom setup was nice with the sink outside the toilet and tub and appreciated the toilet and tub area being large to get out- I hate when the toilet is so close to the shower area and there is no room to dry off and it being so confining. The bar opens at 5 and the bartender was nice and great gave tips for the area. Mixed drinks were really good. Of course prices are high but no different everywhere else. Someone said the cafe and restaurant were closed after the park- they stayed open until 10 and 11 and it was packed and we were able to get a late dinner without issue. Oh and easy walking path to Epic and shuttle ride when available- shuttle driver was sarcastically funny so provided good entertainment ?? Overall, a fine stay for the price!

My family picked this resort since it is so close to Epic and we wanted to be able to walk or take the free bus over. The location is excellent! We really loved the space theming of the hotel overall. I thought the rooms were a nice size, I do agree that the lighting layout is a bit weird and the switches are wired weirdly. The bathroom is a little small and the lack of venting really sucks. The pool was SO nice, our family LOVED it. Our check in experience was smooth and the staff was very helpful overall. We also tried both the market and the quick service restaurant for breakfast and lunch and it was pretty good! We would totally stay here again for another Epic day!
