Great for Everyone!

Pamela C on Jun 14, 2025

overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable especially when you travel with two special needs children. The staff was excellent and very friendly. If we needed anything they were very fast to help. Everyone we interacted with was kind and cordial. We wish our room had a microwave or at least a microwave on our floor but aside from that no other issues. We will stay at Stella nova again!!!!!

very terrible

If you are planing to go on a family trip to Orlando do not pick to stay at the Stella Nova. At the pool area they are very very strict. My son and I were just trying to play catch with a little squishy ball in the pool that was very dead and right away we got yelled at. We tried to reason but they were very rude. Don’t plan on being able to do anything in the pool area, you will hear a whistle every 10 sec from a life guard.

Excellent Stay

lilrox724 (Chicago) on Jun 10, 2025

Loved this hotel. It is conveniently located across the street from Epic Universe. You can walk to the entrance but there is a bus available as well. Room is clean and spacious. Cafe had all you need to eat (mobile order is available). The pool area is nice and water felt heated. It is an awesome value for the cost. Definitely would stay here again.

Great for a 1 or 2 night stop for Epic

kaffeee (Shrewsbury, United Kingdom) on Jun 09, 2025

This is a nice hotel, fab location to visit Epic, just a 10min walk across the road to the park so no need to drive or use the resort bus (though we did use it to return to hotel to save our tired feet). The feel of the hotel is minimalist with a spacious lobby area. The tiles are really beautiful. There’s a fun gift shop that’ll make you part with your money before you even hit the park! The rooms are well equipped. The coffee supplied was good and the bathroom products nice, the shower is spacious. Beds were comfy. Could do with another beside table if you are a family as a single shared one isn’t enough (I had to move the small side table) Others have mentioned it, but due to the style of hotel it’s quite noisy. We could hear people in the corridor and the kids in the room upstairs really clearly. So take earplugs if you want an early night or in disturbed sleep. I wouldn’t want to stay for a long trip as there isn’t enough storage space in the room, but it’s fine for a few days. We didn’t eat in the hotel as the food choice for an evening meal wasn’t extensive enough & we ate breakfast in the park, so can’t vouch for that. I’d we revisit Epic again and want early entry we would use the hotel again.

Clean bit limited food options

sveetone12 (Ormond Beach, Florida) on Jun 04, 2025

It’s definitely a kids hotel and there aren’t a lot of kid amenities except the pool and food. It’s a new hotel so the rooms are spotless as is the hotel. There is not a sit down and be waited on restaurant. Just ordered and pick up with Lots of fried options, which I can’t eat. There are two salad options, which I may reluctantly to try tomorrow, chicken or salmon can be added, I don’t eat salmon. I asked about the chicken and it’s precooked, yuk. They have pizza which may be another option but again it bread and cheese not what I want for dinner.., burgers, fried hot chicken, well you get the picture.. after a long day this is Not my cup of tea and having to leave the hotel to get a meal where you are waited on with healthy options is not what I want to do in Orlando. I ended up getting the creamy tomato soup and grill cheese, which was very good, but again bread, cheese and cream…There is a vegetarian wrap but I don’t want a wrap, burger or sandwich for dinner. Would I stay here again…probably not. There are other universal hotels but they start at $400/$500 and up. Oh and there is no valet parking and you still pay $30/night. I’ll take Disney hotels any day of the week…..this is a great place for kids and people who are ok with fast food. The staff are great.
