Really enjoyed staying here, can’t think of any faults at all, great value (if you get a good price), good quality food, good pool scene, good staff, etc. for context we have stayed at Hard Rock, Canada Bay, Portofino Bay and Royal Pacific also. We were on the ninth floor with a view of the pool and across to sea world rollercoasters. The room was cleaned well and regularly, was spacious, and comfortable. We stayed for ten nights and would definitely recommend when looking for a good value and comfortable option, especially with walking distance to Epic. The food in the restaurant was very impressive, the pizza in the coffee shop seemed very expensive but otherwise the options in the diner looked fantastic.

This is an amazing hotel to stay at when visiting Epic Universe. We had a fantastic 3 nights here during my husband’s birthday. Check in was a breeze, and we were able to pick up our tickets easily without a wait. We were able to walk (about 8 minutes!) to Epic, which is mind boggling considering how much cheaper it is than Helios. We grabbed breakfast from the cafe each morning, and dinner one night. The food was hot, good, and filling. They have a full service bar in the pool area as well as the lobby, and we very much enjoyed an afternoon with bartender Jonathan (#UPfistbump if that’s still a thing!) who we had a great chat with - he went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday fun. Thanks Stella Nova, see you in October! I’m still awed that this is a “value” hotel given the amenities and service.

This was a 5/5 star experience with staying here for Rock the Universe with family. The hotel was clean, convenient, and safe. The benefit of the Universal Shuttle bus was unmatched. This hotel has basic amenities & served the purpose well for my Universal trip. I would stay here again!

My daughter went to Universal on a school trip and she loved the resort, the location was great the rooms were very clean and large and all of the amenities were very nice too. The very best was that she left her ipad in the room and did not realize it until she was already home. I called the hotel and they were great they told me that they had the ipad along with a few other small items that she left behind in the room. I honestly thought for sure it was gone for good. She was so happy to hear that it was there and that they would send it to us.

We were stuck in the TSA catastrophe and barely made it to the hotel in time for rope drop. After quickly explaining our plight to the front desk woman and that we were just there for 1 night for our daughters birthday ?? the woman kicked it into high gear. Sent my daughter to one desk. My husband to another to return the car and kept me with her to process everything then made a call and suddenly the bus opened it's doors as she said "go here's your luggage ?? receipt see us when you get back." With that we took a 2 minute ride up to the front of the park(it's about an 8 minute brisk walk) and we made it just in time to Enter Isle of Burke for rope drop. The hotel was decorated in theme for Christmas. It was too cold to take advantage of the pool. You definitely should save the money and stay here instead of the Helius. It's not much further walking and their busses are always running. I have medical issues so I needed an over ride for the a/c to make it cooler. Engineering was up in a jiff and so helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and very simple. This hotel was perfect for this park. Next time we will stay 1 night there for the Epic and switch to Royal Pacific for the other parks. Great staff. I will stay there again because of the service and kindness. The hotel was a hotel and the food was Theme park and Starbucks but the service could not be beat. Great place.
