Meh..

Pros: clean, friendly staff/service. Shuttle was excellent and it was close the epic where you can walk it in 10 mins. Cons: no valet but they charge $30 to park your car. To much noise from the hall. Limited on site convenience store. Food served at restaurant (was that even a restaurant or a cafeteria) was mediocre. Not really a place I would stay again for my taste.
Amazing stay

Absolutely fabulous hotel with outstanding customer service. Staff communicated with me through text messages regarding a food allergy in our party and alert us on what do to when ordering food at the hotel and at the parks. Our room was ready 2 hours before check in time. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet at night so we requested a higher floor. Really close to Epic Universe which was the park we were visiting. Food at Cosmos was delicious and affordable for a hotel eatery. The pool was warm and had some pool floaties and toys for the kids. We will stay here again in the future. Thank you Meredith and Francesca for a truly amazing communication.
Fabulous stay that exceeded expectations

We travelled here from the UK and chose this hotel to enable us to maximise the early entry for Epic Universe. I have to say that the hotel is tremendous! It is clear the the rooms have been designed with the modern traveller in mind and that Universal have applied lessons learnt from previous hotels. The beds are comfortable and the aircon fully adjustable including both temperature and fan speed. Combined with excellently stuffed pillows this leads to a very good night’s sleep. There are various lighting options in the room and many USB C plugs for your tech. The shower is a good size and sufficiently powerful for rinsing away shampoo and conditioner. Bath soap, face soap, shampoo, conditioner and coffee are in endless supply - just leave a note for the cleaner or ask reception if you need more. There is also a hairdryer. The room is fully serviced in alternate days but reception stressed they only need a call/visit if you require anything in between. It’s the little things that really make a difference at this hotel; such as multiple hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc on, or the aforementioned USB C plugs, ample wardrobe and drawer space. The outdoor pool is massive and I have never seen so many summers - fabulous. The lifeguards are consistently alert and the hot tub is … hot lol. The food is competitively priced, fresh and hot and there is a great choice of cocktails. We are off to Portofino Bay for the second week to take advantage of the fast passes but Stella Nova will be hard to beat! Highly recommended!

Easy check-in. Hotel is clean. Staff was very nice. The margherita pizza at Cosmos Cafe was probably the best I've had! Hotel isn't far from attractions.
Excellent Value Walking Distance to Epic Universe
legalaidmom on Apr 11, 2026
Stayed 4 nights over Spring Break with husband and 12-year-old son. Then spent 2 night at Portofino Bay which I will review separately. For the lower cost leg of the trip the choice was between Cabana Bay, (which we have stayed at before and loved for the family suites, great pools and walk to Volcano Bay) and one of the Endless Summer Resorts (which is the cheapest and also has family suites). Stella Nova won out over Cabana Bay for cost and over Endless Summer for hot tub. Walk to Epic Universe gave it an advantage over both. Pool: Huge. Heated. Large hot tub. Huge pool deck with ample chairs and umbrellas. Room: As the hotel is brand new it of course was pristine. Also comfortable. But basic. Our room was on the 8th floor so we had a great view of Epic Universe which is beautiful at night, especially watching Stardust Racers. Interesting note on room categories: There are only 2-Standard and preferred. But Standard faces Epic and preferred faces the pool. So if you have a high floor I think Standard is superior view. Location: Perfect for Epic Universe. 10-minute walk on dedicated path. For other parks it's a 15-20-minute shuttle ride. Shuttles are much more frequent than Disney. Service: For the price, service was excellent. They asked us if we wanted a high floor and granted it. Food: Good quality, good variety and somewhat reasonably priced. Overall comment is value hotels at Universal offer far superior amenities than Disney. And Walt Disney World for sure does not have any value hotels walking distance to any park.
