Second visit
Melarina82 (Uckfield, United Kingdom) on Sep 01, 2026
Our second visit and yet again we loved it . The location is great as not too far from any park or shopping . The room was clean and has a pull down bed which my son loves . The towels and bedding were clean and regularly replaced if needed by Mosekeeping . The cast members we encountered here were all lovely and happy to help if needed . This may be a cheaper resort but don’t let that put you off you still are made to feel like a Disney superstar from checking in to checking out
Good hotel property with amazing staff

My family and I stayed in a standard room in the Rock building for a week long stay. We had some housekeeping issues at the beginning of the stay but the cast members went above and beyond to rectify the issues which we greatly appreciated. The room itself wasn’t as big as others but was fine if you plan to be in the parks a lot. The food court was fine, like most Disney resorts. The big theming of the pools and buildings was a hit with my kids. Overall, the property itself is probably my least favorite of the ones I’ve stayed at on Disney property but all of the Cast Members were truly amazing the entire stay, which would make me consider staying there again.
Disney hack unlocked

Amazing best kept secret of Disney. I’ve wasted thousands of dollars staying at the more premium Disney hotels. There’s literally no need. This place is perfect.
Good and Cool Hotel. Lots of Walking

Good hotel for a day or two in the parks. Price is decent for smaller parties. vibe's good. Will advise about a couple of things. We accidently parked by the rooms at music instead when looking for our building. The love bug, & director's thing (idk what it's called) are for movies. Movie buildings are closer than music. You'll be walking alot between your room and transport. Pack lightly and be willing to ask for help if lost. Ask front desk for help with cell number to see if its hooked up to mobile pass (Apple Wallet/Google Wallet/ Disney Account). Magicband+ is 44+ but it might save you a bit of trouble and make sure its fully charged betore getting to the hotel
Shameless corporate money grab

I ended up here for my son's band performance. I wouldn't have gone if he didn't beg me and I thought it was a good chance to check Disney world off the list. Family suite was nice, but they put us on the ground level. The last night there it sounded like the family above us was wrestling or bowling. We called the front desk and a short while later it was quiet. It's a shame people can't control themselves. Anyway, the dining option at this resort wasn't great. We had a few breakfasts and a dinner there. Very pricy. It was too chilly to enjoy the pool. Disney parks have gotten too expensive for everyday people. I won't return.
