A great find in Scottsdale B.

We absolutely love this property! We booked this for a stay for my daughter’s college graduation. Our villa was so beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable! Everything you could possibly need is provided and it truly feels like a home away from home. We have four young adult daughters and when we travel we rarely come upon a property with rooms so perfect for us- plenty of bedrooms yet we all are able to stay together— so much more fun than renting several separate rooms like we often have to! The property is gorgeous with pools all over the place, waterfalls and beautiful grounds. We are just delighted with it. Finally, I must mention the spectacular and friendly welcome at check in. Manny was so kind and helpful, going out of his way to explain the details of the property and welcoming us so warmly. He made us even more happy to be here!!
Came for a mother daughter week and was unimpressed.

We came for a mother daughter week and I was not impressed. The facilities are very clean and that is the best I can say. We booked a 2 bedroom condo for six nights and we're assigned a second floor unit. We could hear the sound of walking and even water running in the unit above us- early morning and late night. Coffee spilled on their patio dripped down onto our swimsuits that were outside drying. The large 6ft. towel bins are pushed through the parking lot at midnight and 1am making incredible amounts of noise and I was woken up this morning at 7:45am by the gardner using a leaf blower. It went on for over 20 minutes! If you have little kids this place is great- and clean. If you are an adult find a place that us quiet and where kids are not allowed to run around unsupervised. (Like the gym- where they play on the equipment and hotel employees pretend like they don't see anything to avoid conflict.) I was also not happy they were calling my room to try and pull me into a timeshare/vacation club promo when I told them I was uninterested when I checked in.
An unexpectedly great vacation.

This resort was chosen as we traveled with grandchildren. It was fabulous and older couples are there without kids as well. The accommodations are truly lovely; spacious with lots of light, a very well appointed kitchen, many pools and often with water levels just right for young children. An activity room with welcoming staff. And LavAzza coffee with the to go shop. What more could you want?
Never going back!

The room was fine for the most part; I don't feel that it was as clean as it could be though - i found it gross that the remote controls didn't have sanitize wrapper on them. The bath towels were in poor shape and the floors were so dirty you had to was the bottoms of your feet before bed. You don't get any type of housecleaning unless you're there for more than 10 days. You can call the front desk and get extra supplies and they will pick up your trash. We only used the adult pool, my husband, over 21 year old son and myself. Our room was in building 10 directly from the pool. The adult pool lacks lounge chairs - 2 days during our stay we couldn't use the pool because there was no where to sit and many of the chairs out were filthy!! There are no umbrella's for the chairs either. There were 4 tables but only 2 had umbrella's. the grill is gross so we couldn't use that, although some people were. The pool deck was never cleaned off all week and the palm trees kept dropping little pods that hurt your feet when stepped on. Never saw a maintenance person all week at the pool. The people in the room next to us smoked pot 24/7 so we couldn't open our balcony doors or sit out side - very disappointed with our stay.
Spring Break

Our family of four stayed here in a one bedroom suite. The room was clean and stocked with dishwasher pods and laundry soap. We found having laundry in our unit quite handy when traveling with kids. Even with the property being sold out, the pools never felt crowded. It was very hot the week we were here and loved being able to take a cooler of drinks to the pool with us. They also have a very clean grill at one of the pools for guests to use. The location is fantastic with every kind of restaurant you can think of within a 5 -10 minute drive of the property. We spent the last two nights of our Phoenix trip at the Arizona Grand, and my kids (9 &12) said they liked the Holiday Inn Club better! The only thing I would do differently is book a two bedroom suite next time! We cannot wait to return.
