The service was amazing. Ernesto and Fabiola at the buffet restaurant were very friendly and offered great service. All of the staff was great, including the hotel manager Mario and Sandra at the front desk

We are 10 nights into our 13 night vacation. We along with our daughter and son in law came for my 65th birthday celebration. We have been to many all inclusive’s over the decades. All have had great Staff with the odd cranky pants. This Resort has phenomenal staff not a cranky pants in the resort, happy pills, lol. I don’t want to single out any Staff member because they have all been awesome. The Staff makes this place end of story! The rooms are big and well equipped, food is very good, the pools are great, awesome beach. My only suggestions: bathrooms by the beach bar, bigger shows and more pool games. It’s a quiet resort so if you’re looking to party hard it might not be the place for you. Brian

Great trip overall. The rooms were spacious, the beach was beautiful with lots of space to sit. Staff were great especially Ernesto who could predict our every need before they occurred.

This resort is much smaller than expected. Not a bad thing, I just wasn’t aware the more than half of the resort is condos. The food was decent and I really liked the food options at the Grill beach restaurant. The staff are beyond excellent. Leo was super nice and took good care of me. With the exception of the Grill restaurant, men are not allowed sleeveless shirts. Even at the buffet. Not long sleeves, just not no sleeves. No lines for a drink or restaurant but they weren’t at full capacity because of what went on a few weeks ago. They could certainly use more chairs and shade. If you don’t play the towel game you might find a hard time getting a lounger. Location is good. Pretty close to the Airport. 20 minute ride. On Tuesday’s you are about a 25 minute walk to a large market and a small mall with grocery items. Overall I liked it but prefer larger resorts for more variety in the food options. When I was there the buffet wasn’t open every night. Had to go to an alacart.
