Had a good vacation in spite of an unfortunate occurrence on Sunday Feb 22. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The atmosphere was more of a laid back vibe which suited me fine. Did find it a little pricey as I was a solo traveller and had my own room. Location was excellent and the beach second to none. The staff were exceptional including Javier on the 7th floor, beach and pool waiters Allan and Alejandra. A lovely massage from Antonio in the spa. All of these staff members made for an enjoyable experience.

Staff always happy and helpful. Favourite bar staff: Alejandra & Alan (pool and beach). Javier on the 7th floor very pleasant and helpful. Beaches are beautiful, rooms & resort clean and welcoming.

Fiesta Americana Nuevo Vallarta. The atmosphere was relaxing and warm. The room was very clean and has everything I needed. There was very noise level. The service was more than excellent. All the amenities were cleaned and well maintained. I want to give special thanks to Alejandra, Javier, Cesar, Daniella, Nayeli, Mayelli, Anayeli, José, Adriana, Tonny, and Jennifer. Please keep the good work!

We spent 2 weeks here recently and had a wonderful time! The staff are outstanding, the beach is great for long walks and the pools were great! The food was typical for an all exclusive for the most part good. I would highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and unwind. They do have some activities but if you want constant activities this isn’t the place for you. It appears they are starting to renovate the rooms and this will be good as they are a bit dated. Some of the staff that were exceptional were Agustin, Rosario Lugo, Froylan, Mario, Leo & Magah Perez. They went above and beyond to give you great service, were always smiling and did whatever they could to make you have a great vacation! Well done team! We will be back! ??
