Thank you to all of the staff at the resort for help cater and adapt their menus to my food needs. With being celiac and vegetarian it can be challenging to travel, but the waiters and managers would check with the chef to see what dishes could be altered or made up on the fly. Special thank you to Brenda, Agustin, Liliana, Leo, Antonia, Daniel, and many others. Thank you to Jose as a tour guide to Sayulita and San Pancho too.

The buffet is soo small but the personal ist so cute and happy the food was realy good the bad point ist the small and the mínimum of food

We went on our vacation the week after the shut down in Puerto Vallarta. We had heard enough feedback to feel fairly safe going and found the resort to be secure and very relaxing. We liked that it was not directly inside or beside a particular town or city, so it was quieter but close enough to get to Bucerias or Puerto Vallarta in a short time for a couple of hours of shopping. There are convenient walking paths near the resort so that you can walk for a great distance in either direction toward Bucerias or PV. From the very first moment that we arrived and Angel took our bags and escorted us to our room, we felt welcome. All of the staff at this resort treat the guests like family with genuine smiles and every one of them asking if our stay was enjoyable or if we were needing anything at all. But what really struck me was that they also greeted each other with warmth and smiles. Every one of them would take a moment to chat and had us feeling like we were having a wonderful visit with friends. It very much felt like a family atmosphere. There is a lovely little coffee shop that is open from very early until late at night where you can get good coffee, dainties and snacks. There are 3 pools, two of which are heated and very nice to enjoy. The beach is clean and has lots of shaded chairs. You can walk very far in either direction. There are quite a few beach vendors where we were able to get some souvenirs. All of the food was very enjoyable and well prepared. Brenda at the Italian restaurant is a sweetheart!! Martin was very attentive and friendly, as well. The chef at the steak house is amazing!! Mario is the manager and extremely outgoing and friendly and very efficient at getting results when we had any issues. I was impressed to see him helping out wherever needed anywhere in the resort, so we saw him at every restaurant and in every area of the resort, always with a smile and a friendly greeting. We affectionately nicknamed him “Super Mario!” There was entertainment most nights in the main area of the hotel. I was surprised to see the level of particiption from all the staff and guests for the entertainment. We noticed that even when the entertainment got quite boisterous, when we were in our room on the second floor near the center, so close enough to hear it all from outside our doorway, once our door was closed our room was fairly quiet so we had no trouble sleeping. Also, entertainment always ended by 10 PM. So they were very considerate of the guests that way!! We have been to several resorts over the years, on both sides of Mexico. This is not a large resort but it is well maintained and we found it to be a perfect place to relax and enjoy lovely sunsets. This is one of the resorts we would definitely return to.

Alejandra gave the most amazing service. Always so kind and happy. Going that extra step everytime! She made our experience so much more enjoyable. Bertha was amazing as well!
