Excellent service and good. It was my husband’s 60th birthday celebration and the entire staff made sure to celebrate my husband with champagne and cake delivered to our room. The bartender Jose and Gerry made him a special birthday drink. Pablo Morales, the Chef, made an amazing lobster. Our servers, Raphael for breakfast, and Luis for dinner, were very attentive. The grounds were very clean, the beds very comfortable. The Turkish spa experience with Elizabeth was AMAZING!

Fernando and Edwardo from the Mai Tai Bar are absolutely amazing!! My wife and I were visiting for our honeymoon and spent the majority of our time lounging on the beach. Fernando and Eduardo helped us every day we were there and they made us wanting to keep coming back. Fernando was very attentive with the chairs, towels, and umbrellas as the sun shifted throughout the day, he even provided recommendations to help heal my wife’s sunburn she got the very first day. Eduardo was extremely attentive, suggesting different food items we didn’t initially see on the menu, while also bringing us drink refills without us even having to ask. My wife does not drink and he even recommended a delicious melon drink we didn’t know they offered. Both Fernando and Eduardo were so kind and professional they made us feel so comfortable, relaxed, and really helped us enjoy our trip. Additionally, my wife only speaks a little Spanish and they made sure she felt included in the conversations while also speaking English to help translate. Because they both made us feel so at home, we cannot wait to come back and we truly hope to see them again in the future!
