Juergen was a wonderful VIP concierge. He spoke wonderful English and shared portions of his life with us. He set up a wonderful place for us to spend a couple of there on the beach. We've been going to Maryville distinct for many years. We always love Isabel who is an exceptional hostess at Mattar. We also love all of the waiters at Montemar and at lemongrass. I'm not just writing this review because they're a wonderful people, but they also provided excellent service. Two of the three of us are gluten sensitive Mercy celiac disease. They provided meals at great trouble to themselves without anyone getting sick. The third one of us, Mercy me) is allergic to beans (free holidays) they protected me from that allergy too, which is actually a death allergy. They are wonderful people they take the time and effort to make your food allergy free and still taste great.

Victor and Michelle are amazing! They were our absolute favorite! However, everyone was absolutely amazing. We are very picky and were so happy with the service all around from EVERYONE! Accommodations and service are incredible. Highly recommend this place and service.

We have had an amazing experience at this resort! The servers and bartenders have been absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone has been so friendly, attentive, hardworking, and welcoming, and they truly made our vacation extra special. The service has been fast, professional, and always with a smile. We especially appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff was to our family. We had such a wonderful experience at Marival Distinct and the Lemon Grass Restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing thanks to Chef Yoni — every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was beautiful and incredibly relaxing, and the soft music playing all the time made everything feel even more special. The interior design is elegant and welcoming, creating the perfect place to unwind. The service was exceptional — very friendly, caring, and attentive. A special thank you to Orlando, who was an amazing waiter. He understood everything almost without words and made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. We will definitely come back!

Daniel from Insu was extremely conscientious and gave us a wonderful experience. I would absolutely come back because of how great the staff is. Michelle is absolutely AMAZING as well. I feel a genuine relationship being built and that’s how great and at home they make you feel.
