Great hotel experience
Kalrjp5 (Needham, Massachusetts) on Feb 21, 2026
We were here for the 66th Pee Wee International Hockey tournament. This hotel handled 3-4 hockey teams along with families with ease. They are smart by placing one team on the same floor to avoid nonsense running around! The hotel was clean, our room got cleaned everyday and everyone was very nice. The bistro has great food and drinks. Another mom and I used the outdoor pool with no kids one night. It was amazing. I used the gym as well. Lots of options and clean. The parking garage is quite low and my jeep thankfully made it in! Anything larger, you have to park outside. It was close proximity to cafes, bars and restaurants. We walked every where. Just bundle up! Outdoor rink a mile a way. It was a great experience. Merci Quebec! When we come back, we will stay at The Delta Quebec!
Do Not Trust the Employees here

Do not trust the people working at this hotel. We left behind 2 inexpensive bathing suits that were drying on the shower curtain rod and called a few hours after checkout. We submitted a list and found ticket through Marriott and the case was immediately closed saying they weren’t found. This hotel is very run down and doesn’t have their guests at the forefront of their minds. What a shame.
Dated and uncomfortable

The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the reception personnel are the only reasons I am giving 3 stars instead of 2. The hotel is dated, the furniture in the room has seen better days, and the mattress was uncomfortable. There’s a constant air ventilation noise too loud to be considered white noise, and it cannot be modified or stopped by the thermostat. Disappointing for the price.
Ugly in the outside and ok in the inside…

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Yes, it is outdated, probably from the 60s? The lifts are a bit tragic with a sign warning people not to jump. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The bedding is nice as well. A quick walk from Old Quebec…
Marriott has lost its way!

Marriott buying cheaper properties is degrading its brand. Hotel was awful. Rundown. Outdated. Wish I would have read reviews before booking. Marriott rewards member since the beginning of the program. Lifetime Gold. Could not get English speaking television reception. Brought the issue to management and all I got was there are 2 cable systems within the hotel. I got the non English speaking version. Very frustrating. Only good grade would be for the afternoon manager, Adil. He tried his best but their hands are tied by corporate. Better add the location near old Quebec as a positive. This property should be avoided at all costs especially if you are a seasoned Marriott member and expect a Marriott experience. Second poor experience this year with a new Marriott brand. Stayed at the Moxy in Southampton, England in the spring. Talk about a "no frills" property. Not even a telephone in the very small room.
